Can B Vitamin Injections Be Dangerous?

I make my own B vitamin complex. B1-6, B9, B12, MIC & Cartinine.

I’ve always assumed B vitamins to be water soluble. Therefore- there technically shouldn’t be an upper limit to the amount one can consume. However- I did extensive research and found conflicting information.

Is anyone knowledgeable on whether it can become dangerous at some magnitude injecting B vitamins?

Water based vitamins have no toxicity if you don't inject crazy bolus amounts. Use w within reason and you are safe

I used to take a lot of B. I still take it, but nothing like I did before. There are one or two you need to be careful with. Now to remember which ones. I believe one was B6.

I'd be interested in your process brewing this... I can do L-carnitine, is it that much more difficult adding the MIC?

I believe you’re right from what I’ve researched
I think the other one was folic acid B9.

For injectable, I do the fortified B for cattle (lol) and then B12. I also have tablets I dissolve under my tongue of B-Complex and B-12. As my system straightens out though, I don't do them as much anymore.

I just make my own and throw what I want in there but I match pharma doses found online

Not more difficult. If you do the L-Carnintine just add the MIC. Doses are 25mg/50mg/50mg per ml. I don’t get as precise on the displacement for this brew as I do my roids because well, doesn’t matter as much. I just kinda make assumptions on displacement
