I make my own B vitamin complex. B1-6, B9, B12, MIC & Cartinine.
I’ve always assumed B vitamins to be water soluble. Therefore- there technically shouldn’t be an upper limit to the amount one can consume. However- I did extensive research and found conflicting information.
Is anyone knowledgeable on whether it can become dangerous at some magnitude injecting B vitamins?
