IGF and power work

Agreed recovery is awesome. I used 2mg daily and I gained lean mass and lost fat so I there on the recomp thing too. Granted I was on GH and juiced out too but I went from going 2-3lbs a year to 7-8 lbs in a cycle. I train high intensity too with heavy weight and I felt strong on this product.
Are you only using IGF or some androgens?
 
Those. from large dosages, ligaments and bones are stronger but less flexible and therefore injuries can occur right?

infrajet has 70 amino acids in its composition. Not 82 like the long version. There is a difference in the peaks of the substance, and the effect is accordingly. The long version is like peptides replacing growth hormone. But there is a real IGF.

The higher dosages of GH will cause more water retention in the joints, wrist and hands which causes the numbness. If you can control the water you can control this side effect I've found

Masteron was designed for control of estrogen in breast cancer patients. Boldenone will convert to estrogen at rate of about 50% to testosterone so it will actually increase estrogen but half as much as test. I like using masteron . DHB is a metabolite of boldenone similar to what DHT is to testosterone. DHB does not convert into estrogen but it does have a strong binding affinity to the androgen receptor. I am using 600mg weekly divided into 200mg 3x /wk. I found a src who makes it with minimal PIP. That is the main reason I stayed away from it but in the glutes it's not bad at all very tolerable.

I really hate injections. I got bilateral pneumonia when I was 7 years old. I was sick for about three months. I was in bed most of the time. So stabbed with shots that one day I could see the shot and my nose was bleeding. To this day, when I come to the hospital and smell a peculiar smell, there is a kind of shivering inside. Looked at the weights for the competition since the NPC rules are different. In my weight class, I can come out 94 kg safely. That's quite a lot if you take the dry muscle mass. Most likely I'll have to put about 8 kg more on top if I take my past experience. That's why I'm trying to add more detailed elements to my training process:

Exact workouts by day.
2 stretches per week.
After the training session do a rehab on the joints that have been working
Connect a percussion gun on the day after a load
Adjust meals to a clear amount of nutrients
Keep track of what I take in the form of supplements
Include a rigorous process for monitoring progress
Keep track of my health and what doctors I have to see
Use an element of bedtime prayer for a muscle group that needs to be tightened
 
It must be an attack. Coming to the end of the cycle. I ended up pinching a nerve root in my cervical spine somehow at home. I can't turn my head in any direction. The ratio of 375mg per week of testosterone and 250mg per week of boldenone, take estradiol away very well and will not let it rise above the middle in reference numbers. In practice, I often see it this way
 
2 training

Bench press from 125 kg to 140 kg, last workout 155 kg and reversed 177 kg

Bench press from 80-95 kg, last workout 115 kg

Dumble fly I use 4 different incline angles, made 8 sets from 45 degrees to negative at -15 kg starting weight 20 kg and finished all sets at the end of 28 kg

Next, I did my abs workout.

3rd workout

I used 3 variants of pull-ups and then I had 25 kg, 3 grip variants in 9 approaches, as well.

Grip Bent-Over Row I began with 90 kg and completed 115 kg in a very strict style, maximal without cheating in full amplitude with a good body bend

Low row seat start weight 85 kg, finish 120 kg

Low row seat 1 arm - started with 45kg, ended with 65kg, here the work was a little different, there is a different kind of block in the gym, due to what worked on the maximum amplitude of the movement

Pullover in the block 25 kg, I finished with 35 kg and did in each approach drop set

Dosages are of course an individual matter. But I know an IFBB PRO who liked to put 750 testosterone and 1250 boldenone and he had other flavoring drugs, so 1250 boldenone is justified.
