I did. I did like a 9 month run, going as high as 10iu/day, while also doing fasted freediving post-injection at the end. That was back when i was in Canada, and was only freediving around 3 hours at a time, maybe 4-5 days a week, mid spring/summer only.
I ended up at 5.4% BF after just a month into freediving. According to my fat caliper readings. I didnt take any before readings so no idea what % i started the season at (but was already 6-pack abs lean). I took 3 readings in a row and then selected the middle reading. On the lowest of the 3 readings it was 5.1%.
I dont know how truly accurate caliper readings are, but i had 10-pack abs, full seperation of my upper/lower pecs, striations everywhere, and spider webs of veins throughout my upper chest area.
The thing is, i was trying to bulk at the time, but just got shredded as fuck instead despite eating as much food as i could possibly manage to get in me. Im probably one of the few guys who ends up shredded when trying to bulk. I wasnt eating clean either, almost every night i was hitting up mcdonalds for their largest size of milkshake, two double quarter pounders with cheese (thats x2 quarter pound patties per burger), and a large fries. That was my bedtime snack most nights that summer.
Now i live in the tropics and can freedive all year round so its even harder for me to bulk. Back in Canada i could only dive about 4 months out of the year as it got too cold, so winter hiatus was helpful with bulking. The struggle is real bro, but 12,000 steps s day is nothing, easy to out eat that.
