12,000 steps a day trying to bulk

Waking up to eat is stepping over dollars to pick up dimes. I know that used to be a hardcore thing, wake up and slam a shake, but don’t interrupt your sleep for calories.
Interesting, didnt realize people did that. But good idea to stop, last night i did not do it.

Have you ever considered that you may be shedding excess water or perhaps you're dehydrated? Have you used calipers and checked bodyfat?
I have not, but looks like back to the basics.

I will say i have put PR’s up in every catergory though.

I'll echo what Mac said, 12k steps a day is literally nowhere near close enough to worry about not gaining weight. Your problem is you aren't eating enough, this isn't the first time you've mentioned this. Simple solution, eat more calorie dense food if you can't eat enough.
You say everything right, but it seems to me that just eating high-calorie food will affect the quality of weight gain.

At the moment i am lean most likely 12-14 percent. I am going to eat a ton a food this week and see the result, i am growing for sure. Burritos, rice crispies, greek yogurt, milk, chicken, ground beef, bread. Will be using these food choices. Along with protein powder a max 75g a day.

Sounds like me, I average around the same amount of steps. I'm bulking, weighed 217.0lbs this morning. Gotta slam a solid 5500 calories to see the scale move up. I'll hit like 300-330 grams of protein, 800-900 grams of carbs, 50-100 grams of fat, it's crazy.

Dammit! I despise eating. Will up the carbs. Ill make balls of bread and pop then in my mouth throughout the day, or something.

Obviously i need to get this food down, or its not worth it, running this gear. Without food it wont work as well. Will be aiming hirer. Lickily the aas still didnt peak yet at all.

Haha yeah some days I even hit 5800 calories, yesterday I hit 9058 calories, 322g protein, 1345g carbs, 246g fat.

Maybe you have some insulin resistance if you strugle to eat. Did you check it?
I always get crazy apetite after a cut. Maybe go on a mini cut to regain your apetite since you are so active and rebound after that.

I would recommend gradually increasing the amount of kcal and in particular protein and carbohydrates. And yet he paid attention to slow carbohydrates. Since if you immediately load food, most likely the digestive tract will be difficult.

Serious numbers. very serious. But proper nutrition in accordance with the tasks is work, like everything else.

I work a pretty physically demanding job. Some days Im carrying shit up and down stairs a bunch of times, climbing stuff, wrestling machinery. Other days its slow and I almost feel like I need to eat less. The strenuous days I always made sure I increased sodium intake and carbs. I would slam some grape juice or eat some candy on my breaks. Greek yogurt is my favorite clean snack. Junk is rice crispies, oreos, or sometimes cheetos if i have the fat macros. Sodium bicarbonate and pedialyte advanced care for sodium. There are some decent electrolyte powders too

From personal experience, 10-15 thousand steps give me a greater appetite and I eat more. I just use cardio as an incentive to eat more.
