Got some pip in my glutes, gonna do legs tomorrow instead. when I do heavy squat singles the pip kills my strength at the bottom of the squat

Incline press 5x6 80kg
added 10kg (+2 next time)
Tricep pushdown 5x6 80kg

Getting coaching from musclefreak another member of this forum, there was a coaching thread I read and figured it would be a good idea since I’m new to AAS to get a coach. I think he does a good job coaching, he is helping with amounts of PED, food plan, training split.
 
Fuck, just got news that city is going into covid restriction mode.

Gyms are closing again and I will be doing home workouts.

Don’t have enough for calves or deadlift singles at home, only have about 175kg/385lbs at home for my barbell. Gonna have to buy some new dumbbells for curls and flies as well.

So gyms are closed, can’t do my split right, & had to change up some exercises.
Starting conservatively because it’s several compound movements and I will have back day tomorrow.
Don’t want CNS to be too fatigued. Will be adding weight each week on compound lifts for leg days.

Sumo deadlift 110 6x8 add 5kg next time
Front squat 80kg 5x6 add 5kg next time

Calve raises 145 5x12 (need to buy new plates for home gym actually don’t have 175, have 145kg sad)

Due to covid uncertainty I will end my blast today. Because I can only use what’s in my house to train+ time spent already blasting it seems prudent to stop. Going to cruise, & likely will switch to test d or test c for less pinning.

First cycle with ED pins was not particularly enjoyable, but I really didn’t notice any water retention, or craziness with BP, so I will probably stick to short esters on blast.

Since the beginning of this cycle I added 15kg/33lbs, so in comparison to adding a lean 6kg natural over a 2 year period that was a huge difference.

Now I can rep all starting 1rms, for 6-12 depending on the exercise, and strength is still increasing, again the time it took in comparison to natural gains is pretty astounding considering how damn slow I made gains in the weight room.

For personal reference at 500 test 400 primo +hCG there is seldom a need for an AI.
Next cycle choices will be
Test Deca/npp masteron or
Test deca/npp tren

Following cycle goal will be 100kg/220lbs

Missed a couple of meals the past few days, been very busy, usually I go to gym at lunch break (it’s 2 hours) but now I cannot and must workout at home after work. Really messes up my schedule. Need to focus on meal prep until gyms reopen.
In the meantime I will buy more plates for my barbell and equipment for home use.

Got chest and back and biceps in. Added another kg to bench 6x6 but failed on last rep of last set. Will redo next time.
 
I mean it's 2022 and seeing gyms closing again... That sucks
Yeah it’s pretty crazy... in this city when the cases got to 20 they closed all sports & entertainment. Somehow I can still go to work where there are a few hundred people every day but a mostly empty gym is dangerous
 
I decided I’ll go the Test/npp/tren route next cycle after cruising and go full on mad cow so raws are on the way. Since I’ve already committed to blast/cruise & know I can stick to the diet and weightlifting program, I might as well try the spicier sauces.

Ordered some new equipment for home gym, will order some new plates for deadlifting

Seem to be losing some water around midsection, getting more vascular and energetic since dropping test dose.

Gonna get some cardio more often now and get BP down from the anavar. Spring is here so time to get running and biking back to the boxing Cus it’s been a while

Lateral raises 5x12 10kg with cadence since I don’t have more weight.
Close grip bench5x6
Kickbacks 5x12

Dumbbell set up to 30kg is in the mail, 30kg more plates for my barbell too so I can hit correct weight without gym.

I think my body is getting more used to this weight, as it’s been perhaps a month or so at 90kg, but it’s way easier to eat now, and I find I’m getting to sleep hungry which never happened before.

Yeah its very useful, still a bit tricky to fit it all in my place though, I don’t have too much extra space and keep my barbells and dumbbells in my living room lol

It's very subjective the liver damage from accutane. My gf is on something like 1mg/kg (she is small and light) and she doesn't have any liver issues, but yeah I honestly give less importance to the liver thing than the fact that you can't take sun when using it

That sounds reasonable then if she doesn’t suffer from the other sides, really awesome. I didn’t even know you can’t go in the sun but for me too this defeats the purpose hahaha. Also imo there are so many other potential side effects that sound terrible that can be life long, like joint pain, eye sight damage, bone pain. I can not more risk joint as I already have to manage some tendinitis and hate it.
