Yes and no, issues get worse after i got vaccine...
From covid-19 i had for months issues with my breathing ... but when i got vaccine then everything got lot worse and bad chest pain
When you say chest pain, woukd it described as chest tightness?

It was more like pressure in my chest would hurt the most when i breathe....i would take deep breaths and still feel i need more and more air. Just to walk outside to buy groceries was hard very hard, especially walking on stairs
 
Well, trust me most of the clowns at the gym don't want advice. After lifting 3 decades, I had people ask me less than a handful of times for advice. To this day I'm not the hugest at the gym but in the top few guys (meaning size and shape) and being 50 I look better than 90 percent of the clowns in there. The only person I have trained is my wife, and literally, and everyone asks her who trains her. She is not shredded but her form, routine, and sets are on point. Like I have said before I think training is 25%, diet 25%, drugs 25%, genetics 25% so as you can see a lot involved. Honestly, probably John Meadows is one of the best I have seen, and a humble guy, is one of the only guy's Id take advice from. Honestly, I know you guys are going to hate me for saying this but the book series by Mike Mathews: Bigger Leaner Stronger has a good mix of many of the theories that bodybuilders use so I would say that book is useful for those reasons and also to get a good mix of ideas to implement.
 
Honestly, probably John Meadows is one of the best I have seen, and a humble guy, is one of the only guy's Id take advice from.
He is not going to be giving anybody advice. He does have Youtube videos out there with information to be gleaned.
 
Update,now my training is better then ever same as progress. Never again had that chest pain and pressure that was caused from vaccine.
At the moment cycle is test/DHB/ HGH
Carbs 780
Protein 400g
Fats trace
I usually train 6 days per week then also on my rest days calories stay the same
If not i lower carbs by 50% just to maintain high insulin sensitivity

Idk what your deal is in the profile pic. For some reason when I look at it I just see a smaller built guy who looks like angles are making him look big.

Still big. What's the deal with the belt wearing in the gym? Just wondering. I only wore large belts for the large compound lifts but see people wear the thinner ones constantly. Unsure why.

Hernia....i wear it all the time. Big mistake in the past,i would do deads and squats without it
