Nyway, i def solved my meat problems prepping meals etc with this:

its just chicken minced made from my trusted butcher, i make 230g patties with soy sauce and garlic mashed milk to keep them hydrated..

on that thread there is the recipe or if interested just ask.. i cook them still frozen at 190 C for 15 min and sometimes i melt a slice of fat free cheese on them and add black pepper or just bbq sauce or other sauces… and i cook 6 of them the night before and they re still juicy like a pussy once you microwave them during the day…

otherwise i go for some tuna / salmon sashimi… i buy fish at fish market whatever is called and freeze them for some days.. then i eat it with soy sauce … top notch quality

The first is the whole amount just coming out the oven, then cutted in sticks and eaten with that fat free cheese or fat free bechamel with curry or tandoori masala spice

i eat this rice sheet even with Nutella or 75% jam.. i prep it the night before and it last days perfect, differently than the fuckin stupid shitty cooked rice…

basically i soak 1kg or more of basmati rice for 24h then i blend it while still wet , make something a flour then i put 200ml of water on a baking tray and then i add 250g of the rice “flour”… let the water in excess go out (if there is, it depends on texture of flour) and put on ventilated oven at 200C for 6-7 min…

now i prep meals in lot less time than before (i made the rice flour Portions and burgers for the whole week in one time, and i freeze both, rice flour and burgers… every rice flour portion covers the daily need of carbs)

for fats i use just peanut butter with some choco powder or avocado or olive oil)

carbs are some pineapple or water melon post wo together with rice sheets and some HBCD during wo…

for fibers right now im eating tomatoes Tequila boom boom fashion with salt..

How many grams of sashimi fish do you usually eat in one sitting before the portion turns from luxurious late night snack, to just another eating chore. If you know what I mean.

i usually eat it as a whole meat dish… so if i eat 240g raw turkey burgers, i eat something like 270g of salmon sashimi or tuna… Tuna is fuckin easy… salmon isn’t… even because i dont cut it as a japanese and fatter cuts get me nauseated soon..

Next months i think i ll just for tuna sashimi, i could eat several hundres of that… with just soy sauce..

Thanks I'll look into this on the weekend.
Also, what I have done in the past is cook up sushi rice following a sushi recipe. Have rice and sashimi on on plate and eat it with a knife and fork as if you were eating chicken and rice or something boring. With soy sauce ofc. Add cucumber and you have proper sushi on your fork. No need for all that crafting.

I buy fresh fish and freeze it for 3 days before eating it raw… let it defrost the night before… perfect
