Foods for people sick of food thread

As all you guys in this game for the long haul know, there is no finish line. As much as we would all like to eat chicken, fish, steak, and veggies and be 100% spot on throughout, sometimes you do get sick of the same shit. So I decided to start a thread for anyone with suggestions on different foods that aren't necessarily unhealthy, but can give someone a break from some of the monotony of it all.

So lately what I've been doing is focusing on staying under a certain caloric intake daily, but not necessarily competition diet. I've found these overnight oat cups called "mush" which are pretty damn awesome, maybe 30 grams carbs and 200 cals a piece. Rice and beans with a little hot sauce stirred in seems appealing rt now.

If anyone has any ideas on foods they eat when they're just sick of eating feel free to chime in!! Using this time to drop some lbs myself

Not necessarily food for purpose of gaining or losing but an awesome snack that I love is pepper jack cheese cotton little cubes and eat them with grapes. Lol.

200g oats, 400g milk in blender. It's a staple for me on bulk.
Also the same with peanubutter if you absolutely have to one day and don't mind the fats.
If you're sick of canned tuna you can add canned corn. Makes it much sweeter and nicer.

Great suggestions, especially the corn with the tuna!!

its just chicken minced made from my trusted butcher, i make 230g patties with soy sauce and garlic mashed milk to keep them hydrated..

on that thread there is the recipe or if interested just ask.. i cook them still frozen at 190 C for 15 min and sometimes i melt a slice of fat free cheese on them and add black pepper or just bbq sauce or other sauces… and i cook 6 of them the night before and they re still juicy like a pussy once you microwave them during the day…

otherwise i go for some tuna / salmon sashimi… i buy fish at fish market whatever is called and freeze them for some days.. then i eat it with soy sauce … top notch quality

for carbs i use just this right now, as a primarily source:

The first is the whole amount just coming out the oven, then cutted in sticks and eaten with that fat free cheese or fat free bechamel with curry or tandoori masala spice

i eat this rice sheet even with Nutella or 75% jam.. i prep it the night before and it last days perfect, differently than the fuckin stupid shitty cooked rice…

basically i soak 1kg or more of basmati rice for 24h then i blend it while still wet , make something a flour then i put 200ml of water on a baking tray and then i add 250g of the rice “flour”… let the water in excess go out (if there is, it depends on texture of flour) and put on ventilated oven at 200C for 6-7 min…

now i prep meals in lot less time than before (i made the rice flour Portions and burgers for the whole week in one time, and i freeze both, rice flour and burgers… every rice flour portion covers the daily need of carbs)

for fats i use just peanut butter with some choco powder or avocado or olive oil)

carbs are some pineapple or water melon post wo together with rice sheets and some HBCD during wo…

for fibers right now im eating tomatoes Tequila boom boom fashion with salt..

All of that looks fucking Delicious!

All of that looks fucking Delicious!
Right now I switched from chicken to turkey, and i m not adding soy sauce or garlic to the patties, just straight meat.. time saver and since its meat from turkey thighs and breast its very tasty, i just cook them perfectly with Maillard reaction and sprinkle some salt in the end.. i use a very light mayonnaise sometimes… i have 6 meals ED, i just cook 6 frozen patties in 15 min and i m done for the whole day

Don’t be afraid of them seasoning, sauces and flavours lol. As long as you’re not in contest prep it’s pointless to scrap all the good stuff. Just count them as kcals/macro’s at least.

Here is an easy low carb recipe I can eat ALL day long:

1 bag unflavored pork rinds
1 cup peanut butter
2 scoops cookies and cream whey isolate
Mix and crush together with your hands

Virtually no carbs...it's mostly fat and protein. It tastes better than a cookie crumble in my opinion. I make tubs of it and take it with me to work.

saturated fats… not good.. take a look at Chris Aceto ‘s Fat Loss book and you ll understand…

They're not good for...what? Weight loss? They won't be good for weight loss if you are eating carbs with them. Take carbs out of the equation and your golden. Dr. Mauro DiPasquali talks about this in The Anabolic Diet.

Saturated fat is great for endogenous test levels. If you're in PCT, you should be eating saturated fat to ramp up natural test.

Omelettes save me from boredom. I can mix and match about anything in them and not get tired of them. I do limit myself to 6 eggs a day though.

My favorite semi healthy meal is probably a CBR wrap. Pretty easy to change the ingredients you use to make it more, or less healthy.

My favorite I don't give a shit food. Basically anything Cheesecake Factory, Ben and Jerry's, or DQ. Lol

Endogenous test is made out of colesterol… yes, but scientific studies say that PCT is for gays… blast & cruise is for Men

Chris Aceto says that saturated fats destroy muscle insulin receptors..

anyway its Mauro di Pasquale
