TRT only temporary

Thanks again for the replies.

I'll have a find a doctor who understands hormones better and knows what to look/test for.

I'll recheck my diet and add 500 more calories a day.

1800-2200 calories
I have a low carb diet around 150g of carbs. 150+ grams of protein and the rest Olive oil fat.
Im going to replace some protein with carbs and see what happens.

Diet is on point. Lots of vegetables, very low sodium, high protein from egg whites and grains. Healthy fats only from olive oil and fish, lots of fiber, Plenty of water.

I workout every other day but nothing to serious, just full body 3 sets each part.

I had an old friend/doctor that I was talking to today and showed him my full lab results and said everything looks good and not to mess with testosterone at all. I asked him about HGH and he was actually taking it, so I might try some just for the heck of it. He said it won't really build muscle but will help you recover more efficiently.

Anyone of you guys tried just HGH before? I know you guys stack with other steroids to build muscle but I'm just trying to aid recovery vs build muscle fast.
You need to increase your sodium a lot. Like work up to 5grams a day. Get a good electrolyte drink like liquid IV as well.
I’ll bet your calories are pretty low as well. Stop focusing on eating so clean. At 6ft and 140lbs you really need to up those cals.
Your best recovery aid will be calories. Steroids don’t do anything without fuel.
Eat more food and salt everything. It’s not hormonal issue it sounds like you’re malnourished and dehydrated.
Try 3000-4000 cals. You’re eating like a 100lb biking competitor

It’s not a hormonal problem and even if it is her fix it if he simply ate more. He’s 30, 6ft tall, 140lbs and eats 1800-2000 cals a day and low sodium and low carb working a manual labor job.
This is a cheap easy fix.

Have your doc prescribe the basic cancer blood tests as well. There is one for the prostate and there is a new one that tests for Colon cancer.

Note, I didn't read the whole thread as I'm headed out the door to work. Apologies if this was already recommended.

At 6' tall and 138 lbs, you need to go eat a cheeseburger or something. In all seriousness, give me a break already, HGH?? No, go eat! You are tired because you probably aren't eating enough and doing manual labor on top of that. EAT!!
Yea I caught that where he mentioned plenty of veggies. A tell in itself many times...

Agreed, however the OP needs to understand that potassium removes sodium and visa versa. Which does not mean stop eating bananas. It means have BOTH and plenty of them. I find eating a banana a day makes some energy differnce. I get plenty of salt...

@Mr.Mike Are you another one of us middle aged guys having to suck it up and take shitty work when we are used to having higher skillset jobs.?? If so you will find yerself out of sort dietarily for sure. Psychologically this can be devastating in ways in which you will have to find your own creative way out.

The poster talking about checking your iron and all that blood related shit has some value. I donated blood too many times too quick and if fukked me up and for an extended period of time. So if you are low from lack of iron containing foods, like meat and milk. Better beef up. Blood proteins like ferritin as key too with regard to this process. Changing jobs could upheaval your diet in a similar manner as compared to succeeding as a vegetarian at a desk..

Regardless of how long you have been at that profession do not take workplace hazards lightly. Brake fluid is one of the most damaging substances you can encounter. etc. etc...

But your physical stats are way off and you sound too light regardless.

You testosterone is LOW if you are under 60..

Your issue is dietary.

You also need a head shrink and psyche therapy I am thinking at that weight..

You will have a hard time getting your run of the mill docs and uros to prescibe TRT at 454ngs/dl. You may have to look for an expensive "wellness doc", or just take matters into your own hands.

THEY.... Want us dead you know. They are watching...

It should finally be noted that "Docs" never look for contaminants. Not unless you advise the of potential exposures.. So taking normal and mainstream blood readings and measurements will NOT pick up what it is not designed to look for. Medical diagnosis is ALWAYS SPECIFIC in the hunt..

DO NOT get any caustic or bullshit on your skin when working. Get yourself a box of nitryl gloves from harbor freight and change them frequently. Many "physically insulting" substances go right thru them in limited time... Remember that IF you can even smell it, you are ingesting it...

And yer too light. EAT MEAT STAT...

FYI you might also simply be suffering from COVID. I had a light bout with it but it sukked the life out of me for MONTHS. I Never tested POS for antibodies either and thay say you won't if it never jumps on you. You just have to suck it up for a while. And I am talking I was so fukking weak I could barely function for months. Had to be cause I worked out with a dude that covid hospitalized for 10 days before they knew what it was back in 2019.. I still never pop POS in antibody testing and i also swear it still haunts me intermittently...

Research DIET SPECIFICS FOR BLOOD TYPES. THere are books written on the subject. I have resisted the fact that I operate best on grains. I am a bread freak and its all I need to grow. I'm probably intended genetically as cattle for ET. Certain blood types required different nutritional foundations. I don't know when, why, or HOW you decided veggies were the staple food. But they are not with the exception of a limited populations. There are two ways in which we uptake minerals from this Earth that manifested us. Its either eating a plant, or the animal that ate the plant. Otherwise you will be in your back yard eating dirt and I hope you have not laid down some herbicides or pesticides.. LOL But I am serious about that research... We all need some meat and some veggies. But balanced always..

Yea 2K a day is a great calorie restrictive diet which will find you genetically intended weight in a hurry. Now he must adjust UP for manual work and time lost eating.

And GOYOD DAYAM. I'm 6 feet tall and never weighed a buck under 185 in high school... That's a rake that has never been athletic in his life...

At the OP, welcome to physical ed 101... Hopefully you are not physically ill with anything terminal. Good luck..

And get you some good pussy for Heaven's sake. She will put some meat on yer bones... And if you got one keeping you there. Dump her...

Well shit, just 5 years ago I weighed the same and had good strength. Could do muscle ups, bench my own weight, dunk a basketball. All with the same diet. I just want to feel like how I did 5 years ago

I added 500 calories and gained a couple of pounds and feel even more tired and sluggish.

This website just went in my SPAM where it should have STAYED... THose that care here should make a legitimate effort to locating TROLL ORIGINS and paying back their sites in kind...

Weight fluctuates on a daily basis. There are days when I weigh 3-4 pounds heavier than the previous, only to "lose" that weight the next morning when I hop on the scale. It's only been a few days since you said you were going to up the calories...I don't think you added anything other than possibly water weight.
