Sick of protein shakes? I ll help you

it should be Fuckin tasty... i m in Europe and it should be so pricey... i have to say that i prefer to spend 4 x 3$ ed in HGH ahah...
with more cash i would def implement it into my arsenal of food i ll hate in some weeks
It really is like a milkshake. I only do one a day post workout.

If you don't mind the fat cream cheese makes a good base for bars and such with a little almond flour or coconut flour to bind it and some egg whites to make it more moist. I used several different flavor powders to keep it interesting longer. After awhile all the flavors start to suck.

Thanks man but i lost even The willingness to breath nowadays... im that kind of guy who stay thirsty for hours because he doesnt wanna spend ATP getting out of bed...

dont wanna spend a lot of time prepping meals... i ll try to make the quickest and best things... just try my recipe with a mix of proteins... whey egg and hydrobeef... its a game changer... so quick , good and easy
 
it's usually the artificial flavors and sweeteners in protein powders that lead to getting sick of it. unflavored protein/cassein powder is the way to go because you can add real flavor of your choice. I like to add alkalized cocoa powder and organic whole milk to my unflavored shake. never get sick of it.

Then you're one of the people like me who don't digest whey very well. I quit whey protein a long time ago and ended up switching to cassein. If you're not into cassein, you can try hydrolyzed whey protein as it's being broken down with acid for better digestion.

Thats my post workout 8iu Humalog Shake...

60g Pro - 40g Dextrose - 20g Raisins - 1 Banana - 12g Glutamine peps - 2 whole eggs and maybe 100g H2O... putted into a zillyphone mold... vent oven 140 C for 12 mins.

i can assure you is so good (if your proteins do taste good obv) ... and for me is a great improvement because i had to drink that shit 5 days at week and everytime i was about to puke ... every fuckin time i had like one or 2 gagging.. and That , messed up with my stomach all day long... ending up eating less of what i had to... now with that shit cupcaked i m so happy and suggest you all to try cupcaking the shakes you hate... this is the future of fitness pastry shop... how lucky you were guys to have found these futuristic recipes ^^

Ya I’m so tired of sane food . Turkey and rice I can’t even finish

I bet you dont know how to cook chicken/turkey properly... i ll make a thread for it... i m sure will help lot of people ahah...

about rice , i hated rice me too... now i m so happy with a basmati one very easy to eat... i finish 125g of cooked rice in 1 minute... i ate 250g rice in some meals, splitted in 2..

Just basmati rice, not overcooked, with a little bit of parmesan cheese, a little bit of olive oil, and some cumin seeds... the secret is to not overcooking it...


for turkey/chicken, even if its shitty cooked you can solve with this: take an avocado, add half a little lemon juice, some salt, something like 20ml of water, mix it with a pimer... with half of it you have a nice amount of insaturated fats, i think the equivalent of a tbspn of olive oil...
