Sick of protein shakes? I ll help you

I was sick of Protein shakes with milk or water Bloating the fuck out of me and giving me nausea... so i searched for an easy and clean recipe for protein bars, but every single one had ingredients that I didn’t wanna eat..

so i make a trial and i can say i m so happy about the result and wanna share with the community

100g Protein Powder (i made a mix 1/3 whey 1/3 egg white powder 1/3 hydrobeef)

200ml milk

raw cocoa powder (Pure optional)

some almond butter (i made 64g since i eat 32g almond butter with 50g protein) (Pure optional)

10 minutes in ventilated oven at 100 Celsius degrees


Theyre good to eat with some milk too or some cream you want


Perfect digestion and i can take them everywhere without messing up with shakers

simplest alternative to shakes

you can add a tiny bit of sucralose, honey, nuts, i can say that just 100g protein powder and 200ml milk, cooked in oven gives you a sort of muffin ... obv it has a strange texture, but i don t wanna eat bars with a lot of other stuff and dont wanna eat anymore shakes...

This is the simplest cleanest and most of all,Quickest alternative...

I didn’t want to spend a lot of time whisking egg whites and makin elaborate stuff since i eat 3 to 4 shakes ED... so dont be disappointed if you dont have your new favourite cake... is just cooked milk with pro powder :)

Forgive me if I missed it, but overall, do you have the p/f/c total on these?
 
I remember doing 1 1/2 scoop of protein and an egg and microwaving it for 1 minute then put some natural peanut butter on top after it’s made. Most bootleg meal I use to eat

Man in the pic is only 100g Protein Powder Mix (1/3 whey 1/3 egg white powder 1/3 hydrolized beef protein) , 200ml milk (fatfree) and a 2mm cube of sucralose... ventilated oven 100 Celsius 10min...

So i make 2 cups of 50g protein each... with no fats and carbs...

Today i added some almond butter and didnt change the structure... since i eat 50g pro + 32g nuts i putted the quantity of almond butter i eat with each meal in the proportion with 50g pro..

after is cooked you can cut it with a knife and eat with a cup of milk or since is dry you can use some yogurt mashed with some fruit... i make yogurt homemade and then i blend it with some peaches and a tiny bit of sucralose... so tasty and clean... and as stated, most of all, simple and QUICK... since i eat like 8 times ed and dont wanna spend hours prepping meals

This is 90% whey vanilla flav.. 50g pro and 100ml milk..

120 C 10 min... its cupcaked but too dry, maybe it needs lower temp and less time..

The one made with 1/3 whey 1/3 egg powder and 1/3 hydrobeef is way better.. not even close...

I buy on bulk powders and they have good stuff at good prices... you wont make mistakes using 3 different sources of pro powders... full spectrum of aminoacids power

Right now I'm doing Fairlife milk with unflavored protein powder and while I wouldn't call it good, it's a pretty neutral flavor that's easy to get down. Let the shake sit overnight to dissolve real good and it's like it's extra whole milk or something.

Check these out - a bit pricey (maybe, depending on your budget) and not sure if any of you are against artificial sweeteners like I am, but these are so good. Throw in some ice, a banana and some peanut butter and blend it. 42 g of protein!

it should be Fuckin tasty... i m in Europe and it should be so pricey... i have to say that i prefer to spend 4 x 3$ ed in HGH ahah...
with more cash i would def implement it into my arsenal of food i ll hate in some weeks
