I was sick of Protein shakes with milk or water Bloating the fuck out of me and giving me nausea... so i searched for an easy and clean recipe for protein bars, but every single one had ingredients that I didn’t wanna eat..
so i make a trial and i can say i m so happy about the result and wanna share with the community
100g Protein Powder (i made a mix 1/3 whey 1/3 egg white powder 1/3 hydrobeef)
200ml milk
raw cocoa powder (Pure optional)
some almond butter (i made 64g since i eat 32g almond butter with 50g protein) (Pure optional)
10 minutes in ventilated oven at 100 Celsius degrees
Theyre good to eat with some milk too or some cream you want
Perfect digestion and i can take them everywhere without messing up with shakers
