Kratom For Pre-work out?

No, they are not "better!" Are you suggesting that since there is already so much crap in pre-workouts you might as well add more crap?

It isn't very wise to use pre-workouts in my opinion. Basically you are stifling yourself by "needing" a pre-workout. You are creating a mental dependency.

I agree you shouldn't develop mental dependency. I don't take pre-workout and I take kratom every now and then. Literally everything we are doing in this forum has risk for mental dependency so you can't use that argument.

Yes, I can use that argument because there are beneficial mental dependencies you can develop. For example, after each workout without a substance or pre-WO. Give yourself a compliment and smile.

Yeah I read through it really quick. I mean there could have been so many different things wrong that lead to his prolactin being elevated. There are no details on logs because they didn't account for crap really.


Okay so that study is crap I will see that. However I do think there is support for kratom causing hyperprolactinemia. But here is the thing, it isn't really the kratom that causes it. It is the decline in testosterone that is then leading to hormonal imbalances between e2 and prl.
 
I’m not entirely sure what happened in this thread but Kratom is cool. It’s nothing like prescription opiates. The weakest one... codeine? At 5mg is stronger than any Kratom dose I’ve done.

2-3 capsules is reasonable, and doing 6-8 capsules or more is really a way of getting high, but the withdrawal is as bad as coffee withdrawal. Which is to say it’s pretty addictive. Everyone is different.

I wouldn't even touch kratom for 2-3 capsules. Are you talking about 00 capsules with about 0.5 gram in each?

You don't understand kratom. It is a plant from Indonesia, it is a raw plant. The main alkaloid is at about 1%, so the powder has a very low concentration.
The therapeutic range for kratom is at the 3-6gram range, depending on alkaloid content.

My mom has fibromyalgia and the 3-5 gram range helped her a lot with her chronic pain.
