Kratom For Pre-work out?

Sounds like the withdrawals are manageable. I was just reading tianeptine withdrawal stories on Reddit, they sound horrendous.

What benefit do you get from using Kratom pre-workout? A general well being feeling? Or do you feel somewhat stimulated from the alkaloids acting on all the catecholamine receptors?

It zones me out honestly, a bit more focus on the feel of the muscle being worked. But it’s not night and day or anything
 
I’ve been using 4 grams of Kratom preworkout once a day, few times a week. I’ve noticed slight come down effect just from that, sort of like anxiety and fatigue. After a few days straight on it I didn’t feel like doing shit yesterday! I’m going to limit it to a few times a week max and try to avoid multiple days in a row
This is the way.

I would say no more than 2 a week to be safe and min 3 day breaks in between.

And if you do this the amounts increase also.

2g to 4g to 6g.

I’ve seen people who take 60-70G/day

It’s like anything the more you do the weaker the effects and the worse the sides
Its awful, no kidding and it taste horrid, and makes hair fall out, and the restless legs from it are horrific.
 
It’s not a good enough feeling for me to worry about increasing it, very mild euphoria but not enough to get hooked on taking it throughout the day
