Kratom For Pre-work out?

Hey meso, I'm curious if anyone on the forum uses kratom for preworkout. I use it sometimes , it gives such a huge feeling of well-being, and it really makes me feel motivated. My workouts are usually 10x better because I feel better. Im not a fan of traditional pre-workout drinks that make you feel all stimmed out, so this stuff is awesome. Ive never had any bad experiences with it other than taking a little too much and feeling nauseous. I wouldn't recommend it to someone battling with opiate addiction tho because it is kinda similar.
 
Take it for what it’s worth but in training seriously for roughly 17 years it has elevated my training sessions compared to without it.

Another thing I noticed is appetite suppression in my last cut. I have fat boy endomorph genetics and while losing fat kratom greatly helped performance and mitigated most of the sides of being in a calorie deficit later into the diet. I was finally able to drop to sub 7-8% which has never happened. It might not directly affect the fat loss mechanisms but made it a hell of a lot easier sticking to the diet with less hunger.

Might be purely anecdotal but I’m just giving you my personal experience. Science has a lot more to learn about kratom and we might get more answers the more popular it becomes (assuming it’s not scheduled).

Why would you use something with muscle relaxing properties before working out ?
Like I said the motivation it gives me is unmatched by any pre workout. I don't want to leave the gym when I'm on it. Has a great feeling of well being
 
Plain leaf.....grab a scoop....throw in mouth.....take a swig of water....swallow like a man :).

Honestly the taste is horrible and I don't think it's maskable so embrace what it will do for your workout and get it down any way you can. I find the faster the better...

You can make your own capsules it's very easy. Alot easier to stomach too.
