Do you track fiber

So after reading some nutrition journals i read that gut health is very important. But also you should be having 25 grams of fiber. So i have been doing so and what a difference.

Anyone else track fiber?

Apples, prunes, dried cranberries, and dark leafy veggies

Nothing dictates what a person should or should not have. The RDA guidelines/nutritional journals are so ridiculous and offbase. Some people eat zero fiber (see carnivore diet) and have no issues. Some people eat a ton.

No offense, but you seem to think you know a lot because of an ACE certification. Anyone can get one, doesn't mean you are fit or in good shape. You've come on here and asked some ridiculous questions in the past, and posted some pictures that look like you don't even lift.

It's good that you are excited to be certified, but calm down with the mr. know it all routine. You may fool future clients in to thinking you know what you're talking about, but you don't.

Vauge = vag? or vauge = vague?
So there are no people that eat low fiber who are healthy? Nah, that's not true. Recommended does not equal written in stone. I pretty much can eat anything and dont ever have stomach issues. It's an individual thing.

If your diet is 'clean' enough. And you eat (as you should) 2-3 servings of vegetables and fruits you have no reason to even bother with fiber. Keep in mind that increased fiber in the diet can mess up with macronutrient absorbance and partitioning.
