Maybe the headaches that I thought was possibly from the cialis.
But I feel great today and yet that’s where it’s at.
I’m speechless!

It’s called the silent killer for a reason bro. Get that under control ASAP. We’re too old for those readings.

then you need some serious evaluation. Get it checked without modern tech. Old school cuff. And get to the root of the issue. High BP is like running an engine with the throttle wide open. Still runs, but will wear out sooner.

Man I don't know...assuming someone is reasonably lean and not shrek status height, I can't imagine a lot of folks are in that 18-20 range.

Then again I'm not even tall enough to get the ice cream out of my freezer and have rabbit like proportions, so I don't need to live in a world where >17 is necessary.

But for real, even if someone is beyond 17, the 17" cuff is still going to be suitable for most people. I know at least a couple people over >17 who get congruent readings with the 3 series and the $3000 wall mounted unit at their doctors office.

Anecdotally, one guy I know with arms around 19" has no issues with the 3 series.

What does your BP typically run at and how are you measuring?

The type of equipment that is tracking your markers in that picture is VERY accurate at giving you your BP measurement.

I don't want to scaremonger, but a diastolic that high is fucking scary.

Well I bought an $80 blood pressure monitor that Bluetooths to my phone.
But I hadn’t used it since my e2 skyrocketed last blast.
I was running about 155/105.
But normally around 135/100 to 130/92

No. You'll get a script for something like lisinopril and be told to monitor or come in for a follow up.

No. You should get an EKG performed as well. It should be done at your age regardless of AAS use or not, esp in the presence of heavy training / carrying muscle, with AAS use it's an absolute must.

Ideally, every year.

Only if they do a ridiculous expensive panel for them specifically. But AAS in general is known to increase BP. So be careful and vigilant.

Nope. No attacks. Just wanted a potential new client (new to TGI but a meso vet) to have some unbiased community feedback on how things work here. I can talk about testing results but other than that i don't like to say anything else about the brand to try to "sell" it. That's best communicated from actual clients.

Yea, if a doctor knows anything, your pulse will give it away every single time. I can have good to just slightly elevated blood pressure on cycle but my pulse is always 85-95.
