Titanium Gear Industries (domestic source)

That’s because water is king.

Coffee, tea, occasional diet soda on prep, occasional zero cal energy drink (white monster or the new Reigns), sodas or milkshakes with big cheat meals.

@scorcese real answer to your question now. @Mac11wildcat is right. Gotta get your water in. 1 gallon of straight water per day minimum here, just use a gallon water jug and fill in morning and make sure it’s empty before end of day. This is not counting water mixed in shakes, preworkout, Intra, or food that requires water so easy 1 1/2 -2 gallons per day total. I allow for 2 diet sodas per day in my diet and 2 coffees with sugar free creamer per day. Don’t do energy drinks but do a preworkout and an Intra carb drink on training days. Those are the only fluids really consumed for me.

Honestly man the best UGL I've seen come through here. I'm not trying to sound like a shill or nothing. But I put my Homebrew endeavors aside and blast his gear. Cruise on mine.

Funny, I did the same. While I love brewing my own, making my pretty labels, filling my extra large 10cc vials to 14cc, looking at filled media bottles . But, I have plenty of basics already and all else is Titter. I see no sense in bothering as he's domestic, tested and 100% reliable. That's about as good a compliment as you can get.

There are plenty of peoples bw in his pastebin to view along with tested gear results. His ordering process is straight forward and his gear is properly brewed.

Ive been with a few private sources. @TitaniumGear (TGI) is likely the best ive been with due to his own standards in terms of his products he is putting out.

If you can get on his list, do it. If not grab a buddy and get that order over $750. You wont find a better source around here currently

Expedient t/a to boot

Totally agree on all this.
Easy ordering process.
T/a is off the charts
I too was gonna brew my own but when I got on the list I decided that why brew when he covers all my bases and makes it something I don’t need to do.
Awesome source!

We’re still debating TGIs value here...?
@gr8whitetrukker asked for feedback on me and my op.

Who's debating? Did I miss something?
no. @Mac11wildcat missed @gr8whitetrukker asking for feedback on my op.

@TitaniumGear (TGI)

By the way pip was minimal this time and the mast, and test p had virtually no pip.
I think improving my pip technique will overcome all of my pip issues moving forward.
My biggest pip issue came from pinning my front delts. Now that I see that most don’t recommend front delts that prob is a non issue moving forward.
this is good news

Just went to get my back injection and my blood pressure was very concerning to them.

Are you in pain or on any meds for this result?

Lol ah okay. I kinda skimmed last night's posts and thought there was drama I missed. Got it
Nope. No attacks. Just wanted a potential new client (new to TGI but a meso vet) to have some unbiased community feedback on how things work here. I can talk about testing results but other than that i don't like to say anything else about the brand to try to "sell" it. That's best communicated from actual clients.

Speaking of BP monitoring, are those Omron units that sync to your phone worth a fuck, or a waste of money? Hard to trust reviews from diabetic, hypertensive people on the 'zon whose biggest accomplishment for the day is getting their shoes velcro'd

The 3 series is the best bang for your buck, the other shit is usually just gimmicky features. It has a memory feature that tracks your last 12 or so readings. The biggest thing you want to look for is cuff size, the 3 series is rated for 17" which is good for most people.

Also, how fucking dare you. Those are my favorite amazon reviewers. People with literally every health issue under the sun. God help you if you tell me my chronic slightly-tired-at-night-sometimes syndrome is because I haven't left my house in 4 years.

Not good for most of us i bet.

I'd wager we have 17"+ biceps in here more frequent than <17".

Man I don't know...assuming someone is reasonably lean and not shrek status height, I can't imagine a lot of folks are in that 18-20 range.

Then again I'm not even tall enough to get the ice cream out of my freezer and have rabbit like proportions, so I don't need to live in a world where >17 is necessary.

But for real, even if someone is beyond 17, the 17" cuff is still going to be suitable for most people. I know at least a couple people over >17 who get congruent readings with the 3 series and the $3000 wall mounted unit at their doctors office.

Anecdotally, one guy I know with arms around 19" has no issues with the 3 series.
