Coffee, tea, occasional diet soda on prep, occasional zero cal energy drink (white monster or the new Reigns), sodas or milkshakes with big cheat meals.
@scorcese real answer to your question now. @Mac11wildcat is right. Gotta get your water in. 1 gallon of straight water per day minimum here, just use a gallon water jug and fill in morning and make sure it’s empty before end of day. This is not counting water mixed in shakes, preworkout, Intra, or food that requires water so easy 1 1/2 -2 gallons per day total. I allow for 2 diet sodas per day in my diet and 2 coffees with sugar free creamer per day. Don’t do energy drinks but do a preworkout and an Intra carb drink on training days. Those are the only fluids really consumed for me.
