Every time I get a pet it’s always the dumbest ones in the bunch! Paid $1500 for a bulldog a few years ago and there were no amount of medicine to cure that dumbass!
Now, I just don’t get pets! Problem solved.

And when you get your paperwork you’ll see it was signed my an MD. That’s your doctor, they issue the paperwork, you go to quest to pull the blood who sends it to your doctor (private labs) and they in turn send the results to you. You can’t have blood work or blood draw without the signing authority of a doctor.
If your pcp sends the request for blood to be pulled let’s say to quest, if you have the quest app for your phone, you cannot get results off the app until 8days after bloods have been drawn. This gives them time to pass the results on to your physician. Usually, within 1 to 2 days after they have been pulled. Just thought I would share this, Incase guys were wondering if there was a way to get result without having to see their doctor that sent the request.

Just want to say I’ve been cruising on TGI test for a few weeks now at 125mg per week and I’m feeling pretty darn good. Literally can’t wait to bulk on his NPP/TPP

Been cutting on 2200 calories and it seems to be going pretty well. Still weighing 199lbs despite all the McFlurry’s and Blizzards this weekend. Strength still maintaining pretty well. Current diet is this - (any suggestions are welcome)

Meal 1
Oats and Egg whites - 365 calories
Orange Triad + BCAA’s

Meal 2
Chicken, brown rice, veggies - 376 calories

Meal 3
Cottage Cheese 2% - 240 calories

Meal 4 - preworkout
Oats and Egg Whites - 365 calories

Meal 5 - Post workout
2 scoops protein and Banana - 340

Meal 6 - 4 eggs, 184 grams egg whites, 2 slices wheat toast - 614 calories

Protein 257
Carbs 188

IMO your bulk should focus on adding protein and fats first, then add carbs.

Also, fuck brown rice. Seriously. Ditch it. You’re also eating a lot of egg whites with no yolks in the picture...

Where is your healthy fats?
Drop 40grams of the carbs, and add 40 grams to the protein and and 25-30 grams of good fats.

I would drop the brown rice from meal 2.
Use coconut oil to cook your eggs in on meal 6. That will bring your fats up.

I’m a big believer in coconut oil. I use it to cook everything, 1 spoonful every night that I cook my 4 eggs in.
As well as I love avocados.

“Believer” bothers me used anywhere in diet or any science for that matter. Why do you believe in it?

Not to pick on you, just curious. Because you mentioned all the stereotypically “recommended” fats.

Well for one I guess i should put it this way. I would rather cook with coconut oil than canola oil.
I mean if all oils are good then I should be able to live on chicken fried rice???

My last meal is 4 whole eggs + egg whites, scrambled in coconut oil.

I could easily toss an avocado in there to boost my fats and drop a serving of oats
