I weighed in at 216.9 this morning. I weighed almost 250 at Christmas time. I'm starting to look really good, definition is starting to come thru on my abs and my back. I'm starting to crave food tho sometimes, like the last 2 nights I've binged on peanut butter bc I was craving it like a crack addict.
I did overhead press today, 3x3 190. I might have to change the order of my days tho bc I deadlift on Thursday and it's killing my legs for today. Which really doesn't matter a lot but it does when I'm trying to press almost 200 overhead and my legs feel like jello.
