How the hell are you guys getting all these cals???

ill be getting back on a cycle soon but this time I want to be sure my diet is in point. So I've decided to meal prep. My daily is as follows. Breakfast (6:30 am) 4 scrambled eggs with cheese and Oj or frosted mini wheats with almond milk (can't drink whole milk ,kills my stomache and everyone around me. 10 a.m half a cup of brown rice , chicken breast/pork chop/steak/fish (one of them)and a serving of mixed veggies.also an orange 1 p.m same as whatever I had at 10 am ( for now). 4 p.m (pre workout) I have a protein bar and my pwo. 6pm (post workout) I make a protein shake one scoop syntha 6, 1/2 cup oats, 2 huge spoons of pb and 2 huge spoons of plain Greek yogurt along with a banana and almond milk as base . Dinner I have whatever is for dinner usually some b rice and fish, steak etc After doing my calculations that still puts me at around 2700 cals. So what the hell are you guys eating to gain some size.?? I'm finding it rough to eat more . I'm also a very hard gainer (gained once but was just a fat slob) .
 
Drop what you're doing right now and go get a triple burger with fries... Then come back to me to finish this discussion!

If you were referring to doc's cheese less burgers as garbage... Then you're partially correct. :)
Lol this can solve a day but I mean as a daily. What do you guys do to meet your caloric intake? Of course I can got to mcdonalds and get a #1 large with a Diet Coke but what good will that Do me?. Last time I ate like that I became a bowling ball.
 
You need to add a few hundred calories to those tiny meals. Dump a couple tablespoons of olive oil in your post workout shake. Have a serving of nuts with every meal. Especially if carbs blow you up anyway. More fat is the way to go. That's an easy 1000 right there with minimal effort.
 
That could be and is understandable.
But it won't happen over night.

Keep an eye on the mirror, if you see your body fat creeping up, put it in reverse and tighten thing's up.
I'm still trying to get my bf down a bit . It lingers around my belly and being a thin dude most my life. I was 140 pds til my wife got pregnant ( no idea how but I jumped to 220 after that).
