Breakfast?

What's your breakfast routines? I eat 12 eggs over easy with salsa and a big cup of skim milk. Along with a cup black coffee.
 
Three pieces of whole wheat French toast (made with one egg each) with sugar free syrup and a little butter, three turkey sausage links, a banana, a big glass of 2% milk and a couple glasses of water on lifting days.

On non lifting days five links of turkey sausage, a half cup of pecans, a big glass of 2% milk and a couple glasses of water.
 
6 hard boiled eggs, a cup of oatmeal, and whatever fruit I bought for the week to mix in

The weekends is usually some sausage, eggs, and hashbrowns cuz I have more time to cook
 
8 oz eggwhite omelet with 30g cheese in between 2 slices of daves killer bread with a very thin spread of special sauce (miracle whip and tigersauce mixed together)

Sounds familiar!! Up that!! 6 pieces, 5 links, 2 eggs 1 white for the mixture. Then 3 eggs and 1 white to the side. Glass of milk!!!
 
10 egg whites 2 whole eggs, made into an omelette with cheese, peppers and onion, if its a training day than half cup of outmeal, im dieting right now
 
Liquid egg whites, whole wheat toast, turkey sausage and 1 cup coffee; amounts can vary.
 
I like to have a breakfast shake if I'm in a hurry. Which I usually am

2 cups whole milk
1 cup liquid egg
1 cup oats
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 banana
 
2 whole eggs - 3 whites omelet with cheese and turkey sausage on two pc's of DAVE's KILLER toasted - dab of butter.

I'll have to check it out I've never heard of it

You gotta try Dave's Bread. I like his "White Bread Done Right."

Depends on which breakfast we're talking about...

I drink a shake when I get up that counts as a meal.

2 scoops strswberry banana protein powder
1-2 whole bananas
Handful of frozen strawberries
Whole milk
Egg whites, sometimes... Not always.

Breakfast #2
6-8 whole extra large eggs
Two slices of cheese
Salsa sometimes

Carb source... Just depends. French toast, protein pancakes, oatmeal, cereal but most often I have two Ezekiel muffins.
 
Dang Yall are some big eaters I gotta catch up.
I make a breakfast burrito:
5 eggs
Hella cheese
Salsa
Dbol
Tortilla

And of course a tall glass of my beloved FairLife milk:)

Dude I really like the french toast idea I'm gunna try that. Do you gotta buy thick bread for it to soak up all the egg?

Nah, just regular sized, but I like that idea. I just made French toast the first time a few weeks ago, so I'm still trying to perfect it.

start the morning with the smoothie, take a nice fat shit, walk the dog, then the next, always 3whole eggs and 6whites, I switch the carbs around, who can fry, flip, and fold 8eggs and not break the yolk? The Digs, that's who !!!
