Breakfast?

Oatmeal with 40gr oats 5 white eggs mushrooms tomato.
1 banana
Orange juice.
Sometimes i eat 2 slice brown toast bread with 1 teaspoon honey and tahini and 1banana sliced on top and cinammon
4 boiled white eggs
Grape fruitjuice
 
In a Ninja blender..... 2c egg whites, 1c oatmeal, 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed, 1 banana and 1.5 scoops of whey protein. Been doing this every morning for 3 years.
