Glass of milk!!!Three pieces of whole wheat French toast (made with one egg each) with sugar free syrup and a little butter, three turkey sausage links, a banana, a big glass of 2% milk and a couple glasses of water on lifting days.
On non lifting days five links of turkey sausage, a half cup of pecans, a big glass of 2% milk and a couple glasses of water.

Pretty much the same...mostly egg whites but ive been on a Daves Killer bread kick as a toast replacement. Been helping the digestion process out tremendously.

Haha I only ask cause I always fuck it up and make the bread all soggy.Nah, just regular sized, but I like that idea. I just made French toast the first time a few weeks ago, so I'm still trying to perfect it.
