Is creatine bad for you??

It's bad for you if it increases DHT? Just like testosterone is bad for you since it increases estrogen?

I need said the medical journal wasn't accurate but you're obviously blissfully unaware of just how many studies are done that have never been replicated after numerous attempts. Basically it means the results were flukes and shouldn't be taken seriously. That's why replication and going through the peer review process is vital to a studies strength of evidence.
Dont assume it makes an ass out of you. I understand that this study wasnt very well conducted

Op is this you lol

I didnt assume which is why I posted this thread. You guys made some good points which might make me reconsider the testing and take creatine again.

i try to use it especially for meet peaking. Anything to get that slight edge even if it means getting just one more rep in.

Yhea, because tren will put on 20 lbs of solid muscle on yo ass, creatine wont. Its all about risk reward, creatine hardly does shit compared to tren yet it also has horrible sides like increasing DHT. No thanks. You guys can take it if you want but I rather not.
Creatine works very well
I've been taking it for years with no side effects. The 1st time I started taking creatine, I got about 20lbs on my bench. The 1st time I took tren I got about the same. Dht is not a bad thing unless you suffer from MPB or prostate issues and creatine is much safer. Of course tren has much better results though.

I finally figured out that I am one of the few people that get sick from creatine. I dumped the rest of my powder out last night. I recently started taking creatine again after a few years of no use. I was 3 weeks in and I did notice a little more stamina not so much strength but it seemed I was getting an extra rep or two here and there. the only issue I was dealing with at first was a bit of stomach bloating. On Monday I started feeling flush on top getting hot flashes which didn't have me super concerned but I knew something was up. Last night at work the hot flashes became more severe but this time slight dizziness and my vision became really hazy and spotty.

When I was still rolling as a in between cycle natty I always stuck to a simple supplement stack of Creatine, BCAA, Glutamine, Fish Oil, and a Multi Vitamin. I've been through this sickness before and I thought I had pinned it down to being the glutamine but now I'm quite convinced that the creatine played a bigger roll in the supplement induced sickness. I started to do some research last night via Google and it seems a fair number of people develop the same symptoms I did.

Another thing I noticed and it may probably just be coincidence but every time I have supplemented with creatine i have hurt myself. Tuesday night I'm doing high rep flys with a relatively light weight and strained my right pectoral muscle/tendon at the sturnem. Go back to 2013 and I strained a back muscle that took forever to heal up. Go back even further to 2009 and it would be the time when had a partial tear on my right bicep which never healed up properly. Like I said coincidence maybe maybe not I'm not the only one who complains about injuries while taking creatine.

So um yeah I'm done with that shit!!!!!
