Dextrose pre and during

What do you guys think since im on a cut will 200 gr of dextrose divided in 2 meals pre with whey and intro workout would ruin diet.
Only moment when I'm entering slow gi carbs is in the morning?

Why do you want to add 200g of sugar?
Your basically adding 200g of carbs to your diet

This ^^^ there are more nutritious and cheaper carb sources to add to a diet. Not to mention the fact that if one is cutting the last thing they want to do is add 800calories to their diet unless they're already in an extreme deficit.
 
Basically i am in a deficit.
Meats and protein sources around 1800 carb maybe 200 and fats very little from chicken and fishoil.
I tried everything no carb carb cycling.
I am now around 10% and this last part around lower stomach and but fatt,just won't give

I suggest you try increasing the size of the deficit, not decreasing it with a bunch of extra cals :)
