Second look all day and so many ass holes do that in my gym to come stand in front of you while your working out and block the mirror, when theres a 1000s other spots they could be standing and doing the same thing

Everyone knows that staring at your biceps while curling is the only way to do it. You'd be missing out on teh gainz otherwise. Mind muscle connection guys.
@Americanada ---most of us here are the second picture . Most of us are too old or overweight to maintain picture #1 . My metabolism has slowed down alot and staying "skinny" takes much more work and dieting . The Powerbuilder body is easier to maintain although it takes alot more food and heavy workouts . My favorite .

Okay thats the furthest thing from the truth. 99%? Your on drugs (no pun intended)lol. Everyone has a different body type. I usr to be aesthetic...then I wont up and realized it looked like I had an eating disorder. Now I have a little bit of a belly that can sometimes be seen sticking out, especially after eating a big meal and pounding insulin. Im pround of it and bitches love it cause they dont want a little boy they want a man. So man up!

dude besides checking your form while you are propaaalyy executing the exercise on a daily, you need a mirror to check your fucking pump that if you are natty will be gone 15 min after walking out of the gym LOL.
I must be the only one who doesn't check their pump....such a lonely world I live in

Since i started bodybuilding, nearly nothing pisses me of. Yep there are some anger sometimes, thinking just for a sec and then knowing that i am powerful makes me a peaceful guy i guess.
