How far have we came? Let's see some before / progress pictures ... Curious of the meso

I don't have an after yet, but this is roughly 8 weeks in to lifting and probably 6 weeks in on getting my diet squared away.

I've got a long ways to go, but it's nice to already see visible progress in the mirror. I've also had a couple people comment that I look like I've been losing weight. Good motivation!

Ha! That'll be awhile! I was going to wait before posting another pic of me, but I figured what the heck, progress is progress.
My bf was checked too, not by my scale this time and came in at 20%. Think it's close? I see it higher myself, but maybe I'm wrong.

Dont worry bout it
You'll know when you look good. Everyone else will too
People get obsessed with some imaginary number. Don't fall in that hole

I asked more because I have a target of 15% to hit, then start first cycle. Goal was to be there by this fall, by then I'd be well into the swing of lifting again and hopefully have the weight off and ready.

I've posted this one before. I was late teens and thought creatine was just like steroids:rolleyes:
I didn't know shit about PED's then and didn't really care for the people who used them
Matter of fact this pic was a couple months before bushy sent me to the island

You had such an awesome natural starting point! Good genetics and hard work at a young age really paid off!

Thanks Wunder, I had been at it a few years before that (12ish). Didn't know what the fuk I was doing. Got serious about driving age. All I knew was I wanted to bench alot. Found my love for deadlifting then. Entered my first school related comp at 16.
B=300
S=275
D=405
Won 3rd place due to my terrible squat.
100% PL oriented
Then I found BB in my early 20's
Then I stopped for 8 yrs :(
Been going strong 2 yrs now. This time with "assistance" all thx to meso

Love it! I was always in the gym as a kid, with my dad... Up until about 15/16 years old. I rediscovered the gym around 19/20, but really took a few more years to know what I was doing. I certainly didn't have the natural starting point you were at, and it shows in your build today. Excellent work as always.

Found better pictures and to illustrate progress better.

128 - 1 month before I stared lifting 25 months ago.

Approximately 175lbs - 10 months into lifting naturally

Young TNE 12 months ago a couple weeks before first cycle (at this point I felt I was honorable of wearing a stringer, lmao)

Today. 194lbs

It's been quite the 25 month journey.

Ok....based on my progress pic a few pages back, what do you guys suggest I cut to before I bring my calories back up? I'm 195lbs there. I was originally shooting for 190, but is that enough? Now that I know how to eat and manage my diet it's actually really easy to drop the weight off.

I just need to know where about I need to quit dropping and start to bring the muscle into it more. My strength hasn't moved up at all, which I believe is due to the deficit I'm eating at. I'm ok with that, as it means I'm losing the fat and keeping the muscle I already had.

Idk, is it enough? I don't know your goals.
You don't need to drop bf to "bring muscle in to more"
Muscle grows just fine under fat. You only been at it what, 8 weeks?
Cmon man. Build some muscle and strength and quit fuckin around

Good idea. Got some tren on the way. No sense waiting any longer.

In your pic from today looks like your thrown on a few pounds from your avi pic. Solid man, nice work.

Now that I'm starting to get pretty lean my back is beginning to get some decent definition.

Top is flexed. Bottom is no flex.

Those rack pulls are really paying off.
