man I kinda forgot about the ham, which brand do you get again? I know you've told me but I'm too lazy to reread 521 pages :oops:

Usually Smithfield or whatever Walmarts or Safeway has on sale . I prefer spiral or pre-sliced , extra lean & boneless .

I hear you about the pages . Its hard to navigate back when you have so many pages . I wish I had some kind of directory , lol .....

again, nothing fancy, baked chicken breast... still super juicy.... seasoned with garlic pepper, my new favorite!

Simple and easy, 450°, 20 minutes. Boom, gainz on a plate :)

* gotta have em thin cut or butterflyed, otherwise they are too thick and will either be raw in the middle, or rubber on the outside.
