Has anyone else seen this? Absolutely mind blowing strength and a brutally intense training video. The fact that "Da Hulk" (Kevin Washington) can bench 405 and 495 on CT's count is unreal.

I use drop sets on upper body. My favorite is on biceps. After i finish with barbell work I use a machine. I start at 100 and drop 10 each set with no rest. By the time I get to 30 I can only get a few reps. It's the greatest pump ever. I do the same with triceps. Almost as good as sex. Well almost. You know what I'm saying

I love doing that on the preacher curl machine, start out at the highest I can do for 10 reps then go down one notch each time and go to failure till I get to the bottom, then sometimes if im feeling saucy I'll take a short rest and pyramid back up, absolutely KILLS the biceps
