For best pumps, I eat a pack of cadbury mini eggs and put the following in preworkout

Citrulline malate
Glutamine
Creatine
Salt

If your concerned about looking "fuller" you could add some coke to the pregame. All the coke users I've been around eventually decend into being full of themselves, it also raises blood pressure and might help with vascularity.
Great preworkout stack. I use the same combo, just without the eggs :)
 
What is a lifestyle party?

I'm not a partier, and I hate talking to strangers, and usually people I know.

And staying up past about 10pm.

Fuck I'm old.
 
Don't try too hard. If you already have solid muscular base and years of hard training you don't need to do silly things to impress people. It's usually small guys who try to fit in the smallest size of tshirts possible to make themselves look bigger.

Trust me, when you look jacked and have that muscle maturity going on you will look impressive even in a loose t shirt and people will comment.

When the clothes come off everyone will be even more impressed.

On "1000 ways to die" some dude apparently tried tying a hot dog to his leg in lieu of an actual bulge and died due to poor circulation of the femoral artery... so clearly you should do that but take vasodilation supplements to improve circulation. Also I'd use paper tape instead of fucking butcher twine, but that's just me

But to be honest, no of course not. The point of lifting is lifting not impressing an ONS or degenerates. women already want to touch the pecs and so on at parties especially drunk ones. on cut they ask to see or touch abs, just get more jacked bro it’s a win-win

Before going out on a date (or more specifically, a lifestyle party), do you have any workout routine to help make your arms/chess/body look or feel better?

Not looking for libido ideas. Between Cialis, Viagra, PT-141, there are plenty of working solutions for me.

I love the way I look and feel after a great, hard workout. So before lifestyle party events, I like to get a good workout in a few hours before. Biceps, triceps, pull ups, bench press, leg extensions, squats, more bi’s, tri’s, chest.

Do you have any routines, or even compounds you might take just for that day or two, to improve the look and feel of your body? For these parties, mostly arms and chest and noticed and felt up first. Once the clothes come off later, quads and legs are on display.

I’m running just a basic trt at the moment, about 150mg of test-c a week, injected every three days (that works for me).

Also let’s say normal (15%) to lower (10%) body fat. Too much fat, not much you can do to make that look good for one night.
Actually making yourself look better when borderline fat (15-20%) is pretty easy if you carry a lot of water. Just go low carbs and/or pop a diuretic. I know for me personally I can go from round cheeks to chiseled jaw in the course of a few hours. Alcohol helps too

I love that well-guarded secret that shots of liquor work better than most "pharmaceutical" diuretics to lose water. A few shots and you'll piss all the water in your body. Don't do it with beer or wine tho, too much water in that

Let’s say the dates Friday If it was me, I would have low-carb days during the week. High water, high sodium during the week.
Thursday, I would have a high day high carbs and on Thursday night/ Friday I would pull out all the sodium lower the water and continued to eat high carbs, make up a high carb intro workout drink, do a full upper body workout one or two heavy ass sets per body part drop set each one and pump it out to make sure it’s full full of blood, high carbs before, and after

Obviously, if you don’t have experience with insulin, then don’t use it, but I would use insulin the carb up on the high day Thursday on the meal before the gym and on my last set at the gym before my high carb post workout drink and meal

Would also throw in 80mg of var an hour before the workout and throughout the day on Thursday, when I was younger I’d use superdrol but I’m a pretty miserable person on it lol

insulin and Superdrol for dates is something else man, couldn’t you just buy a shirt that fits better?
