    I paid for my order on the 18th, it was claimed to have been shipped on the 23rd, there have still been no updates to my tracking.

    I have been in touch with Deus, they claim that the tracking will update in time, however this has never been the case in the past. Given the feedback from other people, I'm doubtful that my product will arrive.

    Just disappointing.
     
    What the fu** is going on? Am I the only one here having a problem with the package or what? I'm waiting for the package from December 24th. Shame on the business. This is the last time I will ever order anything from you.

    Tracy, did not want to post here, but I think you may have blocked my TG. So I’m reaching out on your thread to get your attention.

    Just asking that you read and re-look at this.

    Please review the following:

    I think this is a simple case of mistaken thread and you responded to my TG thread instead of another.

    I sent USDC from my wallet to your address as seen in the attached. You responded with an indication that it was flagged as Spam or fake USDC.

    Didn’t hear back and my response has not been read. May be due to weekend, but you usually respond in 48 business hours.

    Considerations:
    1) It appears the Transaction number you listed as
    spam is not the same transaction ID I sent to
    you.
    2) Clearly by my post history I have been around a
    while. I have even sent you Jano batch tests
    including a Deca at 98% from past purchases.
    3) I am another client who was burned last year
    for over $1300 when you were shut down.

    My hope is that you take the time to correct the mistake, unravel the disconnect and do right by me.

    Human errors happen to us all, and I have found the sign of a good supplier is their willingness to step back and correct errors or mistakes.

    I ordered on Jan 9. Tracking showed it being "returned to customer" on Jan 21. Yura said customs inspected and rejected the package and he'll re-ship when they send it back. At this point, with Chinese new year upon us, I suspect I won't see this package until Q2, if at all.
    I ordered in early October, then received the same response, waited until the end of December, and without waiting for the parcel to return to their warehouse, I paid an additional 30% of the cost of the order and delivery. It was sent at the end of December, they gave me a track number that is not tracked at all and I am still waiting.
     
    So I haven't been on here in awhile but wanted to share my recent experiences with Primal. For starters, I was a big fan of his oils and caps. I've probably done about 5 orders with him going back to his first few weeks on here. I've run his EQ, Test Cyp, Enan. Prop. Und. I've also run his MENT, Tren E and A, NPP and still have a couple bottles of his Deca for a rainy day. As for his caps I've used 3 bottles of his Anadrol 25, Sdrol, Dbol, Adex and Nolva. Prior to my most recent order the only issue I had was his green caps smudging when alcohol swab hit it. No big deal. I was happy and recommended him to a buddy.

    Then on my last order the wheels came off. After a few uses I began noticing stoppers coring out with ease. Floating rubber bits began showing up in my oils and it wasn't just one. I have bottles with multiple visible rubber chunks now floating around in the oil. Which explains the absolutely debilitating pip and mild infection I got in my glute last month. I very rarely get pip, even with Test C. After that injection I had a swollen glute and the entire area of injection was rock hard for a week. It was a miserable experience. I can only assume a piece of micro rubber invisible to the naked eye made it into the syringe before the larger chunks started appearing in the bottle. As a result I have to toss like 5 bottle of oil. All of which are roughly 70 to 80% full. On top of all that, a bottle of Nolvadex I purchased from him in late September essentially melted and became completely discolored. Yet another product of his I now have to toss. The Nolva was stored in the same place as all my other tabs. It's dark and dry on the top shelf of my kitchen cabinet. The weird thing is I have 5 bottles of his caps in the same cabinet but only the Nolva changed color and the capsule essentially melted.

    It's disappointing because he was a solid and reliable domestic source since the summer. Idk if he got too big too soon amd got overwhelmed with order from the Tik Tok clown brigade and Reddit cumts, or if it's as simple as he made a poor choice in choosing which rubber stoppers to use. Either way, I have to think long and hard about ordering from him any time soon. I want to give him the benefit of doubt but the Nolva is tougher to explain away. Especially since it was stored alongside the rest of his caps as well as in the same manner I've stored tabs and caps for almost 20yrs without anything like that ever happening.
     
    I initially contacted this number: +86 173 5797 1264, and I finalized the order with them.
    Later, I saw that Yura mentioned here in the thread that the WhatsApp account had been blocked/frozen and that there was a new number. After that, I contacted the new number she provided, +86 177 2251 7617, which is the number that sent me the tracking information.
    Mine is even more interesting. I haven't been able to receive my order since October. At first, they told me it hadn't passed customs and was sent back to them. I waited for it to return. In mid-December, tired of waiting, I wrote to them and asked for a resend. They replied that I had to pay an extra 30% of the order price, and they'd refund me once it got back to their warehouse. I paid. On December 25, they gave me a tracking number that still doesn't show up anywhere.
     
    01/15/2026 – made a purchase.

    01/24/2026 – Yura sent me the tracking code; however, I haven’t been able to track it since then. When I try it on 17Track, it says the number is incorrect or that the carrier hasn’t provided the information.

    01/26/2026 – I asked Yura about it, and she replied that they usually contact the logistics company to check on the order. However, up to now, I haven’t received any further response after asking if they could verify it. I also asked if it would be possible to place another order in addition to this one, but I still haven’t received any reply.

    Has anyone else had this issue where the tracking doesn’t work? Yura has disappeared, and I haven’t gotten any response from her since then.
     
    Any Australians had their preorders 36iu kits from Jan 2nd land yet?

    I know they are busy and it’s not my first rodeo but I need to know if I should grab some domestic kits while I wait it out
     
    I always see the same questions, discussion about qualit of oils and filtering gear from CN. The answer is always filter. The manufacturing process is high volume for as cheap as possible. They aren't being produced in a manner that resembles any type of caution for the end user. If u just look at your gear u may think its gtg. I would suggest shining a light from the bottom of the vial in a dark room. I just recieved TC, TE, TU, EQ. Each produced on a different line. Black caps but different stoppers. TC and TE same solid stopper, EQ, and TU had different stoppers. So 3 different stoppers in total. Good indication manufactured at different time/or locations within a facility/facilities. Yet all four products had the same/similiar issues. Tons of contaminates. Could see clouds in TE, TU, and EQ. TC was hazy, lots of fine particulate matter. All looked "gtg" in normal light. I am bring this to the attention of those who wonder what they are getting and why its important to filter. I decided to document for the community with photos. Before and after filtering.

    1st photo is regular lighting, 2nd is light from underneath, 3rd is after filtered with light underneath. I had already filtered all of my TE before deciding to do this. But it looked just like the EQ and TU. My filters were clogged by the 6th vial or about 60ml. My filters can and should handle 100ml.

    1st series is TU, 2nd EQ, 3rd is TC.

    created an account to ask about/share experience with WWB as i’ve never seen something like this.
    ordered 5 vials of test E250 last month and they came in a couple days ago. found this huge floater in one of the vials, brought it up with cavan and have been on ghost since.
    I ended up pinning .3ML from one of the clean vials because i am a demon and surprisingly had no problem.

    I recently ordered from wwb on Jan 1 to Canada, it's jan 21st and my order hasn't moved in 1 week after entering Canada. I checked tracking on my side but it says that the Order cleared customs on jan 14th (check attachments), but on WWB's side (Cavan221), he says that the order was seized and does not want to re-ship or help me with after sale services. Does anyone have a clue what is happening?

    My order of the h100 from the recent eu restock just arrived. The packaging got worse when comparing it to the h36 order that i gave up in November. Another sad thing is that 2vials are completely broken. One single layer of bubble foil wasnt enough :c. Let’s see how Tracy handles that. I’ve already contacted her through Tg
