If you check the Telegram channel & Reddit there are so many with orders from November & early December where the tracking doesn't work. As it's been over 7 weeks it's truly unacceptable. I am looking forward from Deus to an answer as to what is actually going on regarding ALL these cases. As I've said, I've had previous successful orders with them, but this time they've cross the line. I know they don't do refunds unless it's a special case but honestly I'm so fed up that I would rather have a refund than a fictionary reship. Either way let's see if things change next weekend.
Had the same issue 2x but only that the tracking didnt work. The First Package took about 3-4 Weeks and the second less than 7days

Hey! Unfortunately, several of our logistics partners were working only partly the last few weeks as were we, that's why longer delays are expected for all our parcels, I'm afraid, all orders without an updates are still in transit however and should activate this week probably - some parcel already activated on friday last week. Also, for some locations delivery it quite fast and without delays, hope that it will come back to normal for all other locations. Unfortunately, for December, this is what we expect.

Mine was shipped on the 7th of January, still no updates on the tracking.

I paid for my order on the 18th, it was claimed to have been shipped on the 23rd, there have still been no updates to my tracking.

I have been in touch with Deus, they claim that the tracking will update in time, however this has never been the case in the past. Given the feedback from other people, I'm doubtful that my product will arrive.

Just disappointing.
 
I will never buy from Deuschem.com ever again 5 orders, 5 times they create label and seat on it form 2 months. Last time they get me with their lame excuses
 
I see that the guys from Deus are monitoring the situation. I got a message that if I don't get the package by 20.02. they will send the package again. So can't you see that the tracking number hasn't been working for a month... Hello, WTF? I need to wait another two weeks, just to make sure that something is wrong?So, in addition to those two weeks, then waiting another two weeks, all together a month... Come on.
 
Hey guys, I can (unfortunately) only speak for myself, but I’m based in Western Europe and I’ve had only positive experiences with Deus so far, across roughly 5–8 completed orders. After payment was received, it usually took about 3 days for the status to change to “preparing for shipment.” Around another 3 days later, a tracking number was available (and it actually worked). After an additional 7–10 days, I consistently had the goods in my drop. I’m sorry to hear that there are exceptional cases — I know how frustrating that can be. Maybe I’ve just been lucky, but I just wanted to share my experience. Best regards.

If your last orders is not updating for 2 month, then please send me your order number in PM and we will make a free reship of it, because for sure it lost during transit.

Hi! Based on our statistics and past experience, tracking numbers like yours often update after a longer delay and then start moving all at once. This is why we are monitoring the situation and set February 20 as the checkpoint.

We know the waiting is annoying, but this approach helps avoid unnecessary reships when packages do end up arriving. If there is still no update by that date, a reship will be arranged right away as promised.

I really hope that sending my order number via PM will resolve this issue, because communicating by email has been unsuccessful and full of misleading information and lies, as usual. Please don’t act like this is an exceptional situation. As I said, I’ve ordered from you four times, and every single time there were huge delays and sketchy situations whenever the order was shipped, whether the order was made in Europe or in the US. The last time it was “bank issues.” Your service is poor and honestly the worst. I simply want to leave an honest review so people on this forum can be aware and cautious when dealing with your company. This was the last time I order from you — you won’t get me again with your lies.





Besides that, I’m now looking for a reliable supplier of Astera Labs products who can ship to the US. If anyone knows a trustworthy seller, please let me know, as I’m already two months late on my cycle.
