Both are expensive and extremely overrated.
Best supplements out there:
1) Food (especially protein, good fats, and complex carbs)
2) Testosterone (a staple in any cycle)
3) Steroids (EQ, Tren, Deca, Dbol, etc great for strength and size)
4) Protein powder (great between meals and post-workout)
5) Multivitamin
6) Creatine
7) Glutamine.
