WWB issue

Hey everyone. Been lurking around for a bit and wanted to first, thank y'all for all the helpful info and tips iv gained just from reading all the different posts; it's been a crucial part of my health journey. Unfortunately, my first contribution is a warning.

I put in an order with WWB (my 8th) 2 weeks ago. My order was for 6 vials of Primo and 4 vials of test. I received my order fairly quickly, but after opening the package, I only received 2 vials of Primo and 3 test. I contacted the rep informed them of the issue, and sent video and picture evidence. The rep stated that he would add the missing items ($380 worth) to my next order. Told the rep there ain't no way I'm
Placing another order without receiving my items. After that comment rep went dark and haven't heard anything. I reached out to other reps who stated that they can't help me because sales are a 1 on 1 basis. I sent out an email that WWB lists on their WhatsApp and haven't gotten a response.

Anyway sorry for the long post but just wanted to make you guys aware of what can happen when an order goes wrong.

Thanks for filling us in. I think this happens very often, but naive buyers think it’s a genuine mistake, an exception, and don’t mention it here.

Standard Chinese UGL vendor tactic.

I’ve long suspected it’s intentional. It’s not hard to fill a damn box with a few items. This happens so often it can’t be an accident imo. Someone tells the sales reps “you can ensure a follow-up order by shorting the current one and telling them it’ll be replaced in the next order” which then has some missing item, putting you in the position of having to make another order.

I also think it has to do with the particular sales rep. Some do it all the time, others never do it.

SSA did this consistently for a while until they got called out on it.

I also try to stick with multiples of only one product per order at a time when practical, because they don’t seem to be able to pull this scam when it’s just one item.

When this happens to anyone again, point out they owe you the damn product, it’s their mistake, so they need to just send it or issue a refund.

If they want another order to give you what you already paid for, ok, that order better get free shipping. After all, you have every right to insist on the missing item being sent at their expense, not yours, so they owe you a shipment in any case.

It’s their mistake, make THEM pay something for it. Then maybe they’ll “be more careful” and the oops missing item make another order scam won’t happen as often.

I had this happen with SSA about a month before they went dark. Few bottles of test and a couple bottles of EQ and really needed the EQ more so than the test. Package landed and all the test was in there but zero EQ. Got the whole we'll credit your next order BS and when I insisted they just ship what I was owed it was suddenly out of stock . Never did get that credit but I was fortunate because I had planned to make an order and I just opened up a kraken account to buy Bitcoin (long story) and it held my money for 3 days...on day 2 SSA went dark. Anyways hope they make it right for you and thanks for letting us know.

That's rough, man. It's a shame when a source goes quiet like that. I've heard similar stories, definitely something to be aware of. Hope you get it sorted out.

I feel fortunate I've avoided issues like this so far. I know it's a matter of time until I get burned so only spend what I'm willing to lose.

WWB has an incredible opportunity to fill the void left by SSA and others in the AAS space. Do right by your customers, sell quality products and you’ll make a fortune. Instead they’re playing fuck fuck games like @Ghoul alluded to.

Hey guys. Quick update. Rep reached out to me and informed that my missing items are being sent out.

He mentioned this post in his reply so they are paying attention.

I thanked him for resolving the issue but also had to let him know that theres better ways to approach these situation other than “we’ll send your missing items on your next purchase”.

Thanks everyone for hearing me out and thank you to the MOD’s for granting me the ability to post.

you have to beat up the chinese or they will beat you up.

its fucking disgusting but atleast they're not scammers like indians

I don’t take offense any more, I realize it’s nothing personal, part of their respective business cultures. There are ways westerners would rob you the Chinese or Indians would never engage in. But you need to approach them both knowing who your you’re dealing with.

Not only will being naive and culturally ignorant end with you getting screwed, they’ll lose all respect for you and hit you even harder.

The only time SSA screwed up for me was when they sent me around 80 tubs of cardarine instead of 3. Too bad it's completely useless for me. Wish it was something else like GH or reta.

I had same experience but with good outcome

Ordered Domestic warehouse
1xhalo bottle
3 x ME200

I only received halo on initial shipment.

Sent CAVAN a video that I’m missing ME200 x 3.
Long story short. He sent me the ME200 x 3 without me paying shipping or anything else.

Good job standing up for yourself. I bet 95% of the time people just place that second order and go with the flow.

I’ve only ordered peptides overseas and I may not ever do that again. There are a few domestic sources that are semi-competitive with the Chinese market and the extra money may be worth it for the enhanced customer support.

The rep stated that he would add the missing items ($380 worth) to my next order. Told the rep there ain't no way I'm placing another order without receiving my items. After that comment rep went dark and haven't heard anything.

You're in the right, man

It's such an asshole move

I bet it's cause the rep would have to eat the shipping cost otherwise (rightfully so) (and I also bet they don't get paid very much money)

I find with any vendor that order issues needs to be made public and loud ASAP - this puts pressure on them to actually rectify. Trying to resolve an issue 1-1 in private just leads to them ghosting you.
Totally agree. I was literally contacted within the hour from the post going up. If one customer decides not to continuing doing business with them that's no skin off their back but if you make others aware of what's happening they can potentially lose 10’s of thousands of dollars worth of business.

In the end WWB eventually made it right and I will continue ordering from them. Like Beach19 mentioned, WWB has an opportunity to fill the void left from SRY and SSA getting shut down as long as they treat their customers fairly.
