That’s what I mean. It’s probably something for me to save until after the meet and I can afford to gain some weight or if I say fuck it and go 242. Neither of which are goin to be very soon

Diet is starting to fuck with my energy levels. I’m feeling pretty wiped even after taking the whole day off yesterday and just hanging out at the house napping and playing with the kid. I either need a reefed or make some adjustment somewhere. Also my weight loss has stalled, which is ok but not based on how I’m feeling. The 265+100 in chains was a grinder. Spotter put his hands on it to help? Or to re rack, I’m not sure he helped. Based on the video he just has hands touching it like he was going to help with the rerack. He’s an experienced power lifter and not just some gym fuck so I trust him. He said he nudged it a tad. Just making me doubt that I got it. Oh well it’s not like it’s my last heavy single before the meet.

It soiled my 315 bench PR.
He swore he didnt help, but I just cant count it as a true PR
He said he just put it on there just in case, with zero pressure
But even that, physiologically can add strength and I csnt count it lol

Started taking some fat burners Monday. An ECA Stack in the Am or Pre workout depending on the day. Also taking green tea fat burner throughout the day. 220 seems like miles away based on how this diet is goin. I only really need to get to 225 , the rest I can do in water. I felt like I need to shed some bf anyway but this is quite a bit more difficult during a prep than expected. Lol

Seems like you did pretty good on that 1g of test, throw some deca and Dbol in there and you’ll fill out that 242 in no time. Not sure what your bp or hematocrit would look like after but... yolo right? Lol

If BP gets high just go donate the excess blood lol

Wasn’t a huge milestone but a PR’s a PR. l my best triple conventional was 515 previously with a 535x2 on the same day back in April. My best double recently was 555. I figure if I can double 585 in the next month or so (which is my current max) from June. I should have 606 in the bag at the meet.

Over the past few months the biggest difference has been SSB Squats ( I feel there’s a good deal of carryover to deadlifts). Deadlifts with chains for speed and cluster sets on deadlifts. Also pulling sumo seems to always Improve my conventional. Slightly less volume on dead’s and more squat volume. Which hasn’t been friendly to the old knees but my squat has improved quite a bit too.

Going to incorporate some HIIT Cardio at the end of my workouts when I can.looking to get a few lbs off so the water cut isn’t so bad. Need to loose some bf anyway. Probably going back to a cruise dose of test since I really need to keep my weight in check. Even at 375/wk I have trouble dieting.
