Feeling pretty depleted on this diet. I know it’s early but I
Started taking some fat burners Monday. An ECA Stack in the Am or Pre workout depending on the day. Also taking green tea fat burner throughout the day. 220 seems like miles away based on how this diet is goin. I only really need to get to 225 , the rest I can do in water. I felt like I need to shed some bf anyway but this is quite a bit more difficult during a prep than expected. Lol
