Thanks Demon...in any event, I do want to lean out. Last labs my cholesterol was high....it had never been much more than 100, whether on cycle or off.
When I got the labs done, I had been off for 4 weeks, and my cardio was down to 2-3 times a week. I do that so as to keep as much size as possible. When on cycle I do cardio every day, 4 days of HIT, and 3 days of steady state treadmill (max heart rate is still at 80%). I eat everything, too, especially late at night. My fat intake is about 120 grams a day. I am cutting most unhealthy fats out.
My weight has shot up on current cycle (450 test e, 250 test p, 350 NPP, per week 60 mgs var 4 days a week). As mentioned,I hit 234 yesterday, up 10 pounds in 16 days from start. Most is probably water, but strength has jumped up big time.
I still want to be bigger, but would look better at 220-225. I really do not have an accurate idea (in terms of what is inside my head) of what I look like. 16 months ago, and I had not done a cycle in 7 years, I was definitely fat, at 235.
I was looking at some tape of me teaching a grappling class back then, and 2 things stood out: 1; I was fat, lol, and 2 I looked like an ape, I could not believe how big I looked. Same w/ the relaxed pic of my back I posted on here a while ago. My wife took it, and I said "do I really look like that? She said yes.
I am terrible at assessing myself. Interestingly, that is the case w/ many bodybuilders. That is why, I don't care if you are an IFBB pro, you need someone to look at you for an accurate assessment.
Back to the OT, Kai Green talked about why he wore a hoodie when in the gym, his main thing was not wanting to sweat all over the equipment. I think he would do better in a tank and a towel to wipe equipment down.
My mental image of myself is totally out of sync w/ reality.
Demond, how is you training coming along? I know you were going through a bit of a rough patch, but keep in mind, you look better than 99.999% of the people out there.
