How do u pasteurize them yourself? It's the conditions the chicken and egg were made that determines their quality no? Such as, pasteurized or organic are free to roam. Feed on insects and grubs. No antibiotics etc. When u but a cheap egg the damage is done. Unless I'm missing something here...
Yessir, sure do! Works great and never stops, not to bad once you get the nerve to do it the first time, after that its easy. Turned a cpl gym buddies on to it, the look on their faces when they see it is pretty funny [emoji4]

Egg in shakes makes them like batter and I love eggs, nutella oats and banana blended to make a yummy batter like shake.

If you take 1 scoop Syntha-6 chocolate cake batter protein powder, 1-egg, 1/3 cup fair-life milk, and mix. Throw in the microwave for about 25 seconds or few seconds longer depending on your microwave it makes a hell of a chocolate cake tasting dessert..
I’ve always added at least one “cage free organic”, raw egg to my morning shakes. Only had problems with nasty gas when using cheap ass eggs.
