Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Still a fatass, cutting progress is off point. I’m 3 months in a slight deficit but apparently it’s very slight and need to go more aggressively.

I’m 14-15 lbs down, currently at 228-230lbs and I’m sure if I go back to low test I’ll ditch some extra weight but I need more, based on visuals.

What threw me off is that I changed job, I went from a pretty demanding physical job and 25,000 steps per day to desk job and 10-12K steps. The caloric expenditure is vastly different. Before I needed 4200kcal and 3 free meals to hold my weight or slightly lose some and now I am at 3100kcal with one free meal and it seems I’m not losing. Thing is I’m still hungry af and low reta doesn’t help, I’m waiting for my order to come and crank that thing higher.

Looking good man!

Gotta give it to the ex-fatties, man xD

Once they get rid of the body fat there's always a lot of muscle underneath that they gained.... by eating a lot of junk food and carrying all that excess weight ?

Skinny guys ooth had to work hard for every ounce of muscle (yes I know fat loss is hard too just talking about the muscle side of things atm)

Yes, i think you're totally right! The difference is prominent at the lower body mostly and i guess this is due to excess weight carrying. I've seen a lot of ex fat dudes with quite good legs. Ofc genetics play role too, but excess weight too as well.

I'd kill though for having that paperthin skin without that flabby chunks i have in mostly all of my upper body. Even with surgery it will never be the same with someone that hasn't evolved like Michelin man.

I don't think anyone is gonna see you in a swimsuit and be focusing on the extra skin around your midsection

(I understand it's a personal thing, you seeing it on yourself, but your musculature is a bigger draw to the eye imo) (no homo)

Thanks man, I understand your point and appreciate the good words! It’s just a part of body dysmorphia probably but hell, even I am impressed with what I’ve become vs the old me.

Cheers man :)
