Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

This week marks the start of my cutting phase, probably a long and slow one since i found from last year it works better on me than going balls deep from the start.

After almost 10 weeks of crusing and enjoying some extra meals time to clean up the diet and start dropping calories.

@Astartes overall i'm quite happy with my current condition bearing in mind that i gained 30lbs on my push phase. It's just the amount of loose skin i have in my belly, chest and low back from my ex 300+lbs days that throws off the physique. I have to be pretty lean to look good in underwear but i don't mind, it is what it is. Thanks again!

Be proud of yourself brother, I promise you… we all have things we aren’t satisfied with. Each and every one of us. Goes with the territory. So glad you are happy with yourself brother progress. It’s outstanding.

Alot of these physiques on here are incredibly impressive, I'm no where near where most of you guys are at but figured I'd throw a little progress picture on here

These two are roughly a year apart, the first one is at 196 lbs @ 5' 8" pretty lean and the second one is at 220 lbs with some visible abs still

The goal now is to drop 10 lbs and get into the same conditioning as the first photo
 
Been cutting using Retatrutide for 4 weeks now and this stuff makes it effortless, I used to struggle with binge eating and dieting was always a bitch to do mentally cause I loved food so much but Reta totally eliminates hunger/appetite and you can barely eat/want food. Now my only concern is being able to stomach enough protein in a day to not lose muscle mass. Looking at doing shows for my first time this year I just need to nail posing and another 4-8 weeks dieting.
