I achieved it last week. I was proud and terrified at the same time. But my arms are full and feel strong. Nice blast to wake them bitches up. And I'm sure sucking major air from the comp tren aided in my loss of precious nutrients. That and only 30 seconds between sets the entire session.

Better start carrying a puke bucket. The only time Ive come close to puking on arm day is after watching all the shitty form that exists in my gym. Its progressed from curling in the squat rack to the flat bench.

I do the 30 seconds on my last sets of fst7 and it wipes my ass out. Arms and forearms feel like theyre gunna burst with a crazy pump. Your arms are fuckinh massive so I might have to steal some of your routines. Hook a brother up.
