Who and where makes counterfeit steroids?

This has always interested me since I first saw the really good fakes out there, ie Primo. It must cost a great deal to reproduce everything in such detail, and also the facilities to make such labels, boxes and buy the correct amps.

I would be really interested if a bodybuilding mag such as T-mag did a scoop on the counterfeit industry.

What have you heard of where this stuff is made?

I always wondered that, too. What's the point, you know? I mean, packaging is always(especially as far as amps go) one of the most expensive parts. So they make their fakes for 5 bucks an amp instead of the 7 it would cost to do it for real. Why not just do the real deal?

Unfortuneately most counterfits are produced here in the United States and subsequently sold to foreign markets including Mexico. Muscle Media 2000 had a great story back before Bill Phillips sold out and stopped including his steroid revues in the present MM issues. However this doesnt exclude foreign "thugs" from doing this dispicable practice as well. You can find an example here if you look hard enough. "forbodybuilders" has a lovely pic of a brick of fake naposim. If you look hard enough you will see only one end of the foil pack has an indented lot and exp. number stamped on it. Real naposim has it stamped on both ends of the foil sheet. These fakes are so well made they even have the triangular shape stamped on some of the tabs and the foil packaging is almost identical to the real. They spent money on this quality fake only to make suckers out of you and me...

That's very interesting, in that case it would be very interesting to follow the chain of supply - ie do the initial buyers who smuglle exported steroids know they are fake etc

they probaby had everything but the gear its self. everything but the gear so they use veggie oil? thats the only logical excuse i could thik of?

but where are they made? how would someone get the equipment, do they have factories or is it someones house?

also, i have always wondered why they dont fake theme exactly. like you said about not having both sides stamped, why the fuck would they not stamp both sides??? wouldn't they want to have an original infront of them to copy exactly? so why would someone doing this not puta line or dot on the neck, or not stamp the date twice?

I would think that with all the popularity and sucess of some of the better UG labs that couterfiters would use all their equipment and skills to produce a legitimite product.

For the same reason everything is done- MONEY. It can actually be done for very cheap- less then a dollar. The Washinton Post had a 5 part series which dealt with this top and you can look it up on there website. I think it ran during october. It is not just juice being counterf. regular prescriptions are sold in pharamcies are also
