How many grams of protein you get per scoop with that?

??Whats with the question marks in all your thread titles??

It's irritating or I'm taking too much tren. Probably both.

That arnold mp shit is good. 70 servings (actually over 80 per jug) for $42

Ya I don't use protein powder all the time either. I mainly eat food. I only use it maybe twice a day at the most. Sometimes with breakfast an definitely for post workout.

yea people really think its better to just drink shakes then eat food lol more than 100 grams from shakes a day is def a waste of calories and most powders are filled with tons of sugar and fats and lots even lie about the protein content

That is so true brother. Personally I would much rather eat whole foods over a shake any day. Its way better for the body excuse me I mean the machine lol.

i wish steak and salmon and fresh tuna was as cheap as chicken and eggs and canned tuna jeeze cheapest i get a pound of lean ground beef is like 6 bucks and its never enough for a full day lol too tasty !

Ain't that the truth! That's why I eat nothing but chicken breasts lol. They are like $8-10 an you get like 6-8 big breasts. I get mine from the fresh produce section at walmart. I eat the shit out of them.

Hey can anybody elaborate I've been reading and Saw that u need to intake at minimum 1g of protein per lb of body weight day im also assuming that's from lean body weigh this is something I've never done i may be only averaging100g a day of protein

1g will maintain what you already got. If you want to build muscle you need to double it an take in 2g per lb. That's not to say getting it all from powder. Getting it from your food source is a much more effective approach at gaining muscle. Get all your protein through lean meat an just use your protein powder after you workout an during the day to help out with your protein intake. Don't rely on powder for all of your protein intake. Their are NO SUBSTITUTES for REAL FOOD!!

Thanks for the feedback i have lately been leaning more on foods as i get tired of spending money on higher quality whey proteins I have been mostly doing chicken breast Turkey and different kinds of beans lately and have increased protein intake but i will surely invest my hard earned money into more lean meats and cut down on the powder
