Rouge Canada is sold out of everything except medium and xxxl so just curious if anyone knows where I can order a slingshot or same kind of thing here in Canada?

Also curious what size I should order? I'm 6"2", 230lbs. Max bench is 275lbs and looking to hit 315lbs this summer so I need an XXL correct?

I believe mine is an XXL and I'm shorter and lighter and it's a little loose on me, so sounds right. You probably want the original red one.

I like having a day where I start out with the Slingshot separate from my other bench days. Mix up doing volume sets some weeks and others work up to a peak set to get used to handling the weight.

Bought mine from Inner Strength Products.
I bought the XXL, yellow one. I am 5'10" and coming up to 220 BW. Fits snug on the biceps. They have a sizing chart based on bodyweight.

Also note just checked and their stock is low. Looks like for 2x only ones in stock are reactive and mad dog but also limited stock

Amazon has knock off sling shots, but i don't trust the quality. I'm going to do days with the slingshot and days where I use bands, hang them from top of power rack and wrap around the bar. I will have safeties in place of course lol.

The size is based fit, and assume they treat all 220lb as same arm size but think they are talking about across the chest. The color is about weight being handled and I cant remember what is what anymore lol.. I know red is standard and yellow, the full boar was heavier weight. You and I are pushing the same weight right now so take that for what its worth

I'm going to go with the red one yah. I'm really hoping I can hit 315 for 2-3 reps unassisted by mid summer, like fuck I'm only 40lbs away lol

Reds out of stock there so is yellow...Mad dog, in stock, you need at least 300 on the bar to touch your chest. Reactive, in stock says its like the original just less support if I read it right.

Looking at sizing, I was smaller when I ordered and the yellow one needs to be a size bigger lol...should have ordered 3x oh well works for me

Actually I think I'm going to pick up the mad dog. Just measured and my left arm is 18'' so would that be 2xl or 3xl you think? I'll so how 300 feels with the mad dog on.

I haven't really used it up until this meet prep I am on. I am working it up slowly, the heaviest I did try was 285 and 300 when I ran Smolov

Except the black. Just remember if y’all get these things too loose they won’t do as much for you kinda like single ply. Thats all this thing is, basically part of a sply bench shirt. Titan Ram is another legitimate option and some prefer this.

17.5” and the xl slingshot is definitely a tight fit but IMO for it to work well that’s what is needed. Nothing so tight you cant get the damn thing on but it should be a little bit of work
