Where are all the women at?

Checking in with an early update: after 2 weeks on 3-4mg/week Test C, I had bloodwork already scheduled - Test increased from ~12-14 to ~80 (this was about 24 hours after a dose). This is right about where I want to be so I will not be increasing my dosage, and will be more precise with staying at 3mg/week. I'll get more bloodwork in a month when I should reach steady state at this dose. For some reason my GP did not order Free test or SHBG, so I will be sure to add those in for next round.

I've also added 1iu GH in AM only and will work up to 2 iu. Waiting for IGF-1 results.

Lastly I am starting a short cycle of var at 2.5mg/day with the goal of recomp. I don't want to run it more than 6 weeks straight, so we'll see if it has any effect in that time. If it goes well, I'll take 6 weeks off and then do it again.

Overall feeling good, but will wait for 6-8 weeks of consistent use to give a real review.
Do you feel any benefits from the test yet? Energy levels higher or more positive outlook, etc? I’m going to be getting bloodwork this week and will determine my course of action from there. My brain fog has been off the charts lately.

I felt an almost immediate improvement in energy on just the Test C alone (I waited a week to add GH). It's been pretty remarkable actually. I've heard it will take a couple of months to fully feel the benefits, so hopefully it keeps getting even better. Good luck with the bloodwork, let us know how it goes!

Welp… progesterone looks great. Test is on the lower end of normal (15.7 total, with free test at 1.1) and definitely needs some help, but my e2?! In the fckn gutter, so that has to be priority #1. I have the levels of a postmenopausal woman, 13.3 — normal for day 3 (follicular phase) is 30-100. Not quite sure where to go from here.

That is pretty low for test - unfortunately the lab “normal” ranges don’t reflect optimal. Did you have labs run through doctor and if so what did they say? Also what point of your cycle were you in, as that would have a big impact on how out of range you are for e2 (regardless you’re right it’s super low). My estrogen went up from 40’s to mid-200’s after starting test C, fwiw.

I just had them done for myself through fitomics/labcorp. I was on day 3 when I went. I know progesterone is best to test on day 21 but the rest are g2g days 3-5. Your estrogen went up that much just from the test C? Incredible!

Yeah I’ll have to retest to confirm it wasn’t just a fluke.
 
40yo f here, going to venture into supplementing with test p. Last bloods showed TT at 30, free 2.2. Was taken during follicular phase. Hoping for some energy, libido, and (ofc) muscle. Will report back.

- 1.5mg Test C (injectable) every 3 days (equivalent to 3.5mg/week dosing)
- 5mg/day Anavar (increased from 2.5mg this week)
- 2iu GH daily (AM dosing)
- 1.5mg Reta/week + 1mg Tirz/week (this is a personal preference to tide over appetite suppression late in the week while keeping total dose low, I also like the unique benefits of each)

I run various other peps depending on how I'm feeling / my recovery needs.

Supplements include injectable glutathione, Vitamins C, E, and D; taurine; CoQ10; PQQ; Ashwaganda.

Unfortunately I got quite sick coming back from international travel, which I wonder if had to do with starting Test C and Anavar as I've heard that some people can have reduced immune function while adjusting (no idea if that's bro science, though).

Aside from that, I still am feeling mentally and physically really strong on this combo, gym workouts have been great although I lost about 3-4 days from being sick. I'm already very lean but my muscle definition and pumps are noticeably enhanced, and strength has been good despite illness now that I've made it back to the gym.

I went up to 5mg Anavar as I was having zero sides on 2.5mg while really enjoying the benefits to energy, mood, and workouts; unlikely to push any higher from here though. Weight has been stable indicating I've had zero water retention from the GH or Anavar.

Will run more bloodwork this month timed around mid-point of luteal phase.

Switched up my week from three leg days and two upper days and now I'm hitting legs four days a week (poster/anterior on M/T, upper on W, repeat posterior/anterior Th/F). So far so good but it's a lotta legs on a little calories. I'll be happy to get on stage for my first time and even happier to head in to the holiday season with bulking in mind.
