Checking in with another update!
Currently:
- 1.5mg Test C (injectable) every 3 days (equivalent to 3.5mg/week dosing)
- 5mg/day Anavar (increased from 2.5mg this week)
- 2iu GH daily (AM dosing)
- 1.5mg Reta/week + 1mg Tirz/week (this is a personal preference to tide over appetite suppression late in the week while keeping total dose low, I also like the unique benefits of each)
I run various other peps depending on how I'm feeling / my recovery needs.
Supplements include injectable glutathione, Vitamins C, E, and D; taurine; CoQ10; PQQ; Ashwaganda.
Unfortunately I got quite sick coming back from international travel, which I wonder if had to do with starting Test C and Anavar as I've heard that some people can have reduced immune function while adjusting (no idea if that's bro science, though).
Aside from that, I still am feeling mentally and physically really strong on this combo, gym workouts have been great although I lost about 3-4 days from being sick. I'm already very lean but my muscle definition and pumps are noticeably enhanced, and strength has been good despite illness now that I've made it back to the gym.
I went up to 5mg Anavar as I was having zero sides on 2.5mg while really enjoying the benefits to energy, mood, and workouts; unlikely to push any higher from here though. Weight has been stable indicating I've had zero water retention from the GH or Anavar.
Will run more bloodwork this month timed around mid-point of luteal phase.
