Is it as simpleas this..

Example:

5"11 200 lbs at 16% bf. Does that mean that I would be 8% once I hit 184 lbs? 200 x 0.16= 32 lbs. so now slash that by half (16- 8%bodyfat) and you have 16 lbs. 200 lbs- 16 lbs= 184 lbs. But when how does water weight come into play hmm.

200lbs x 0.84 (1-0.16) =LBM 168lbs
168lbs x 1.08 = 181.5lbs at 8% BF

This is assuming you lose NO muscle while dieting. If it is your first time getting this lean I Would say most likely you will end up between 170-175

Oh I didn’t know you were running goodies as well. You should have no problem coming in around 181.5lbs then.

What did you need me to elaborate on?

First I calculated your Lean body mass (LBM).

Then from there I added 8% of fat on it.

What does your cycle look like?

Doses and duration?
